This app used to work well for me, until about 3 months ago. I have reset my password at least a dozen times now, and can not access my account through this app. I get the message "login error". I can access other cards through their apps, but can only access my rei co-op card through the US bank web page. I've actually reset my password as many as 6 times in a row when this issue first began... uninstall and reinstall does no good either. Bugs.
it has been okay but it doesn't show a lot of information people need to know or options to do a lot of things people would want to do. Biggest issue would be the frequent crashes or telling me there is a connection issue but all other apps and internet based products work fine.
pretty terrible app. glitchy and crashes. doesnt show enough info about transactions and balance due. also, it wont let me log in anymore. i like having this card and it would be awesome if the app worked well! hope you can fix the bugs!
Could never get it to work. Kept telling me to check my internet connection (which was strong and allowed me to download the app). App would not advance past initial screen. Uninstalled it and called them on the phone. Very helpful associate once I called.
Worst credit card management system I have ever experienced. No way to see statements just recent transactions. It doesn't even tell you when the next payment is due either. terrible app
Very limited app. Ui and ux need big improvements. App won't let you see past payments, and using the website on mobile displays an error message. I wish this app was as good as rei's. Very disappointed.
Generally efficient and easy to use but still crashes constantly upon trying to sign in. Minor bug and inconvenience but still functional otherwise.
Will not allow me to log in, no answer at call center. Typical poor service from US Bank. REI really should consider alternatives as they are the only reason I opened an account. Problem solved, closing my account.
Lately I feel like this app just doesn't work anymore. I constantly get login errors and have instead just paid my bill by mail or by the US Bank site itself.
This app does the bare minimum of what you need, sometimes. Crashes all the time, and requires a security question just to make a payment

what kind of credit card app hides the information you most want - i.e., how much is due when??!! Other than that, great app.

Every time I try to log in, it tells me to check my network connection. I can't even get on the app. It doesn't function.

I showed my granddaughter a bunk bed set that I was going to get for her and her brother I just so happened to check my account for a different reason and saw that REI had reduced my credit by $2000 without prior notice. So now instead of coming home from the hospital with new bunk beds a reward for her hurting. She gets nothing. They also damaged my credit score. Now instead of being over $2000 away from my limit I am only about $100 away. NEVER DEAL WITH REI
the app isn't working anymore keeps telling me login error
Totally useless! The only thing I can do with this app is see my current balance and even that is questionable. It can't be used for bill paying since it errors out whenever I try to add a billing account. No features that make the app useful, just an added burden to the credit card experience. Highly disappointed!
