Best resorts in the world, I was on Sardegna and definattely gonna be in a lot more over the world. The kindest staff i met.

Painfully slow, clunky, outdated, and unprofessional app. I would expect a much more polished product than this. It is much faster to just use the official Relais and Châteaux website on your smartphone's browser than the app, which defeats the whole purpose. Relais and Châteaux is great, this application is hot garbage.
Having read the reviews, I am pleasantly surprised by the snappy performance of this app. Granted, my phone is only two weeks old, but I encountered no problems or -delays selecting a specific room for a specific week at the Auberge des Templiers—switching between French, English, and Japanese at various points in the process. Photos were not always entirely cached before I proceeded to the next page, but that is no different from the browser-based experience. PROTIP: Yes, there are probably other apps that run more smoothly on older hardware. If that is a problem for you, your quality of life might be better-served by a new handset than by yet another continental breakfast. EDIT: D'accord the app must provide real time rates and availability, but those are secondary considerations to returning guests. Of more importance might be a timely update to the app giving notice that Michelin-starred chef de cuisine Yoshihiko Miura has been replaced by the sous from Le Bateau Ivre as of 15 February-8 March.
The app is so excruciatingly slow. When I first open the app, it did nothing for ages. When it finally loaded, I changed language, and again it didn't ages..I assume downloading something. When I search for properties in a region, none of the properties have pictures. If I pushed into a property.. The pictures take FOREVER to load. Terrible experience. Sorry to say.

Slow, slow, very slow!!!! It's just a very bad app which doesn't fit with the image of Relais et Châteaux! I really don't understand and I m going to remove it !
I love the app, but am very frustrated as I am given no option to select a preferred language (English), so I'm afraid it's easier to delete this and rely upon your pdf English version instead. Consider giving down loaders a language option the way SLH (Small Luxury Hotels ) do with their app. Vive la différence!
Downloaded OK but won't open! Will delete it. Pity.
Worthless app. Won't download to my Nexus 5. Hit the install button and the app remained in install mode for 3 days. Further attempts brought the same results. So frustrated, I booked my lodging with a competitor.

Will not download to my Samsung note 2. Says cannot instal to USB storage or sd card.

Oozing the style and elegance you are used to bathe in whilst staying at one of the many jewels in the Relais et Chateaux collection.
I have a new galaxy s5 with a lot of memory. But the app was too slow here.
An excellent app for an excellent hotel and restaurant group
Stutters and freezes if you try to move quickly.... Other than that... its a pretty nice app for a great company. If they added the ability for the user to add a travel agent to the process, I'd be pimping it for them.
