Relax and Sleep

This was my favorite sleep app for several years until their last update in January, I can't even get it to open now! When I try to open it, it closes immediately, and I get an error message saying that it has a bug! I have tried deleting it and reinstalling several times in hopes that the "bug" would go away, but it's still there. Developers, PLEASE! update this app so it can be used again! It is the only app that has the features that I need and want that is free.

Since the latest Android update in January 2022, this app no longer works. It now immediately closes when launched. I've used this app as a nightly sound machine for years, but since the developer seems to have abandoned it in 2017 (the last update), I don't have hope for it ever being fixed. It's a shame because this app was actually pretty decent with a nice sound selection and an easy to use interface.

This is the most straightforward and simple app. It does exactly what it needs to do and has fully adjustable volume and timer controls. There's no annoying subscription prompt, there's no ads, I spent money to "unlock" features that I don't even use because I appreciate the simple elegance of the app and the respect the developers have for the users. It's never crashed or had any issues.

It pains me that I cannot leave a five star review. This was my go to sleep app for five or six years. I absolutely love the ability to mix sounds and set timers. This app is perfect. Except for one thing: battery usage, even when it's turned off. The other night, it used so much power that I woke up with my phone at 7% on the charger. I'm glad I caught it or I would have missed my alarm. If the developer fixes this power issue, this app is incredible and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

This app is a godsend! Perfect for hotel/on the road. Great for those power outs in the middle of the night. It has all of the sounds that you need for cover sound. It doesn't sound exactly like the box fan at the end of your bed, but it is close enough. I really like that you can combine different sounds, even their ratios to customize the one that's right for you. Great work guys, you nailed it!

I used to love this and have used it for years. I don't have the problem where it shuts down but that could be because I have a timer for an hour. BUT it drains my battery big time. It stops playing when the timer is up but continues to drain my battery until I wake up to shut it down. And I often get the message about heavy app usage (can't remember the exact phrasing). Is there any way to get the old version again? I'm a paid user! Please! I love the sounds!

I've used it for many years without problems, up until now. Overall the app's sounds are great, but recently the audio has been skipping, and the adjustments don't fully fix it. Sometimes it doesn't happen, then at random times it will start again. Other than that it's a great app but if the skipping becomes unfixable it can be annoying.

I like the "Atmospheric Melody" song, but this is like the only relaxing song on here and I would have liked to hear more songs like this. For those who have issues with the app automatically turning off, you need to go into the battery settings and go to power saving exclusions, and exclude this app from battery saving.

It's so funny reading the comments, I'm having the exact same experience as so many others! Had it for years and can't sleep without my custom mix. Now it crashes in the middle of the night, every night, yet still consumes an enormous amount of battery. I have to force stop it and restart every night. I just uninstall/reinstalled it for the third time so maybe I will get a night or two of sleep. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because it used to be amazing.

Recently stopped working...for years I have used the app and love it! unfortunately, it has started randomly stopping in the middle of the night (no error message, it just stops), which of course wakes me up. I will try the old uninstall and reinstall, but I am afraid I will need to find a new white noise app :(

This was my absolute favorite relaxation app for several years. Now it crashes during opening. Have checked permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing helps and I'm not happy. Need my app! Was very easy to use, sounds were perfect for me, timer was great, no better app when it worked.

The app used to work fine for me, but now it will stop working in the middle of the night and I get an error on my Pixel saying "Heavy applications are running". Even though it appears to be running, I have to manually go restart it, close it, and then start it again to make it work for me. That is very annoying and a shame because I used to really like this app.

A wonderful app that I have had on my phones for a long time now. The only problem I seem to experience is that the app sometimes stops suddenly and you have to reopen it which certainly disturbs trying to get to sleep but other than that it is the best sleep app on the play store hands down.

I have had this app for years and it's gotten me thru many sleepless nights. January 2022, no longer working. As in last poster, maybe the latest Android upgrade messed it up. Was working during Christmas 2021.

I love this app. But it isn't working anymore. Says there is a bug. I use to use it all the time to cover snoring and other sounds but it's no longer working. Fix the app please.

Quality has gone downhill. Used to work great. I've had it installed for years. All the sudden, I about to fall asleep and the app stops running. I'm then wide awake. Found a new app. Sorry to delete this one. It's been good, but the noise turning off may as well be a marching band.

I used to LOVE this app. I have a custom mix that helps me sleep. However, something changed and it keeps quitting in the middle of the night, every night. This wakes me up and it's hard to get back to sleep after staring at a bright screen figuring out how to launch it again. I'm going to have to find a different app to replace it.

I love the app and have been using it for years! Although it has been stopping in the middle of the night, nightly. I have reinstalled a few times. Works good for a few days then acts up again. Any suggestions? I tried the link you sent everyone to go back to the old version but the link is bad 404 comes up

I used this app every night and it used to be great. But lately it never actually plays through the night like it used to. It always stops randomly at some point in the night which ends up waking me up. Time to find another app that can actually keep playing all night.

The variety of sounds is really good, and I like that you can mix and match to create your own, but the app crashes every single night. Usually multiple times a night. It also drains my battery really quickly.

I used to love this app, the sounds are great, but even with a set timer the app stays on. It faded out but the app was still running and way bogged down my phone battery. The phone was plugged in all night and was at %80 in the morning

I loved this app, however lately it just turns off after 2-3 hours (which if you're one of tgose people r hat once you fall asleep your out for the night works out well) . I've even tried setting timers and that doesn't help. Sadly I'll have to find a new app to use.

I decided to go to the play store to see if there was a fix for this bug. I've had this app installed on every phone I've owned for years. Now it stops in the middle of the night, which is why I'm awake and leaving this review. The message I get is app is doing heavy tasks. I haven't granted this app any permission so I wonder what in the world it's doing. I'm also trying to figure out how I'm going to get back to sleep....

used to work perfect and now it just stops playing after about 15-20 mins. I've gone through all the settings and I haven't changed anything so don't know why it's doing this. please fix, it would easily be 5 stars.
