It's not complicated, that's what I like. It's simple, easy, and very relaxing. It's mostly breathing exercises for those who are not paying for the app, but there is a body meditation round. It's really good, I definitely recommend 💗☺️
It is a simple app, well suited for beginners. The app focuses on breathing and meditation. I found the breathing part very useful to set your goals and progress each time!
I have really benefitted from this app, its helped me through my degree with which can be very stressful. The breathing exercises (the ones you get for free) are great value, would recommend.
Could be better. The lady's voice is annoying, her perpetuated dialogue is disruptive to achieving a clear mind. Also you only get 8 minutes free and are offered to buy the full version, whatever that is.
Wonderful app in its ease, time and results are amazing and have proven to escalate the more often I use it. Cortisol level down and insomnia improving each day. Will implement other features in near future. God Bless!
Need some help. I've been using the app for years. Just made a new Gmail account due to several reasons. I install the app. And when I try to open the app it says app isn't installed? First time I've came across this. Don't know if it's a bug on Googles end on Android. Using Moto G Power 2021. Can someone look into this please? Would rate the app 5 stars if I could have it fixed. It helps my anxiety and GAD. Was recommended by my therapist.
Speed meditation. What in the world! Before you can even start relaxing a body part the voice is on to another. It stressed me out. And the voice isn't soothing. Uninstall.
I just downloaded it today. I was desperate for relief from the headaches and tension in my body. Did the breath work and an hour later I realized my jaw wasn't clenched and I was holding less tension in my shoulders and neck. Last year I found out breath work is best for ♒. So thankful for this app. Here's to less stress 🥂
I love simplicity of user interface. 8mins meditation is really very useful,this is what i was looking for. Manny other apps are too complicated to use, some have 1 hour meditation, because of that we lose interest. But here due to 8mins we do it regularly.
I did the 8 minute meditation session before I went to bed and it worked perfectly!! It calms every single part of your body. Get this app if you are stressed!

The meditation option id amazing i can be angry or upset or just too much on my mind and i am back in the best mood ever after this meditation/ ready for sleep also its so peaceful . highly recomend.

It does what I expected it to do. Would be nice if you could tweak it a little more, like having control of the time settings
It seems pretty good so far. Wasnt too excited to know that you have to pay for the good stuff in the app, but I guess it was worth it. Just wished there were more stuff for the free version.
I've been using it for years and it really reduced my stress symptoms. I use it several times a week to keep me calm and relaxed instead of being overly stressed.
Easy to use...calming...short...would be helpful to be able to down slow breathing rate for the meditation

You have to watch the cues to follow along to breath. I was taught to close my eyes when meditating so this doesn't exactly work for me.

I have the light version and didn't find it helpful from the start. The beginner breathing exercise has no speed adjustment and goes too fast from the very first level. There should be a way to slow down the speed of the breathing in and out, it's going too fast from the very start. Very unpleasant for anyone who is trying to learn deep breathing for the first time. Might be suitable for someone who has done breathing exercises before.
