Used this the 1st night and fell asleep while it was still going. Great! Went to use it again the next night, it wouldn't play at all! SO UPSET!

I have used this many times over the last 6 years of my life. It has helped me calm down when I am stressing out about a test or a life event that is uncertain. It helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. One of the best I have found.

I downloaded this app in the hope it would help my sleep. I didn't expect it actually would. I fall asleep very quickly. Within the first few minutes. I've used it 4 nights in a row and had great success each time. I do find that I have strange dreams. When I wake up I find I've slept in and find it harder to get out of bed to start with, but once I'm up I have plenty of energy all day. I would definately recommend this to my friends. Very happy with it :)
I have suffered with insomnia and anxiety since I was a young child. I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD also. Sleep has always been my enemy. I installed this app during the early hours of the morning and have been cannot believe how much it helped in terms of me falling asleep & also Ive had no anxiety since waking! I usually can't sleep for my life. I feel asleep with this. I think the frequencies are relaxing and I've used the clinched body technique before just on a whim (based on modulatory neurotansmitters that paralyze you during sleep) to prep my mind and body for an exam the next day and I woke up right before the alarm. There are definitely tricks to having an effect on your subconscious. The crux is being receptive and relaxed, your rational mind can be your greatest asset or present the greatest hurdle.
Jeepers, I don't know about anyone else but if you want the robot voice from the hold music on a phone line, download this. This is NOT a real person this is some kind of automated voice and it's HORRID. I was so distracted by the weird robovoice I couldn't relax. Sorry. But if you're a real insomniac.. AVOID
This app is great. Not only does it help me with my sleeping issues but also has made my body n mind able to respond to the word relax! Wen i mentally repeat the word it makes my muscles my nerves my brain n thoughts relax literally. First i didn't believe in such ideas but the practice is so realistic that i don't need personal interaction with a hypnotist. This app worked wonders for me. Thnq
I tense up when I get the uncontrollable spasms. I try not rely on prescriptions. As I stated in everyone of these types of apps, it's hard to gauge since everyone is unique. I use this one and another for different reasons. My friend loves a binaural beats app. They should give more information on how the apps work. This one helps with pain, another 1 helps me sleep. I'm already addicted to 1pain med. I'm so happy I found these apps. I also do bio-feed-back an it showed the apps are helping.
I've been using this app for around 3 years now on and off. It's helped me sleep when my thoughts have been too overwhelming. I suffer from anxiety, depression, an eating disorder and insomnia and this app has helped me drift off to sleep in a matter of minutes. Some people may find it does not for them, which is fine because not everything works for everyone. But please give this app a chance and give it times because it's changed my life and it could yours too :)
The thing I didn't like about the app was the voice. I thought it wasn't really relaxing, instead it made me feel on edge. I feel like this would've never worked for me. I overall feel a little disappointed after reading all the good reviews about it but I guess everyone is different. The app all together I think needs an update it looks very old. I'm not trying to be rude it's just not what I thought it would be.
