feel and look of the app is too basic. Not possible to receive notifications for received payment via bank transfer. Not possible to disable/enable all types of notifications. When opening the app would probably be better to see immediately the list of transactions on the account instead of having to click multiple types to get at the most important area that everyone needs to see.. the last transactions linked to my bank account!!!
Very complicated, impossible to use for stranieri or eldery person. UX design very poor. Too many options, can't even add details of italian payee.... If you buy something online, it takes more than 3 days to deduct money and show it on account (to compare in UK free account balance is updated withon 2min)....Bad experience.
Closed accounts can't be deleted and are still part of the home dashboard
I've experienced way too many issues, many times stuck at a restaurant trying to pay but the card wouldn't work, the app wouldn't respond to me recharging the card and other similar stuff.
Simple, clean, works well and reliably both for my main account and all credit/prepaid cards, all in one place. Completely satisfied with the app.
after a wrong start, the app is now in a good shape. 4 stars because basics features are ok, now pls improve authorisation logic and pop up: I don't like to look for a pending action .....
It's complicated for foreign people to use because it doesn't have an English version at least . Do you think in the future this option will be available? For now my rate is low , too complicated
