Initially loaded and updated settings. Now, when trying to open app, it opens for only a second or two before automatically going to a brown screen with the logo. At this point, the app stops responding. Incomplete would be a better rating right now.
App doesn't even load. I click to open the app and it gets stuck on the loading screen with the Relay App Symbol. I tried waiting a generous 45 seconds for it to work. Then I re-installed the app. Then I restarted my phone. Nothing worked. I need this app for my job at the gas station. Please fix. My phone is a Samsung A10e. Let me know what other info you need to fix your app
I don't like this app. It crashes again and again when I try to open it. When I am able to open it, it doesn't update with recent posts, even after I get a notification stating there's a new post. In March I posted a review saying it sucks and it still does. It is not a reliable source for information .
Had this app before and loved it. But now....it just stays at the loading screen and is unresponsive. It's extremely frustrating. I tried un-installing it and reinstalling and still, no luck.
Have never been able to get this app working correctly. When I log in, it just spins & spins. Finally got in once to try to report something...it would never complete. Ended up having to call police department anyway.
Might work for reporting but for seeing what's going on in your neighborhood it's useless. No filtering options and 75% of reports just state other. For reporting I might use it once in the entire lifetime of my phone and I'll probably forget it's there. If you find yourself calling non-emergency police once a month it might be worth it otherwise I would pass.
This app is useful however there could be some things added to make it better. Such as real time tracking of issues/crimes that have been reported, more options on reporting (current options are vague), possible link to an online scanner so citizens can actively listen to law enforcement.
It's a map marked with "officer resolved" incidents. Why is this helpful? I haven't posted an event but I think I'd call before I used the app.
Clean, slick, easy to use app for interacting with local law enforcement without adding workload to busy 911 system.
Took awhile for police to show up but that was because they were all busy not the apps fault but they shouldn't put that the problem was resolved when it wasn't.
I wanted this app to work after seeing a news story about it on wthr, however just like all the other reviews as soon as I hit location it froze up.
My boyfriend and I both installed today and it loaded initially; however, now it will not load. Tried reinstalling, didn't work.
Just installed it and once I added my location it now crashes every time I try to open it.

Awful. Nothing has been recorded in neighborhood since Feb.1. Police has been to house across the street 3 times,not recorded.
Easy to report, but it sucks trying to view anything. Reports everywhere and never go away.
I see police activity on the street but never see a description of it on this app. Not very useful.
The data at the bottom of officers response is not in Chronological order. Old responses older than 30 days should be deleted.
App will never load, tried on multiple phones with same result.
The idea is good but the app doesn't seem to fit the phone screen.

Submitted a report through the app after hearing about my community using it. Over an hour after I Submitted the report, I get a message saying my community wasn't directly integrated with the app and no further updates would be given. App said an officer responded which was a complete lie
Tried to use and it does nothing but crash. What's the point?!

I get notifications, but can never read entire thing. When I click on it, it goes to app and makes me sign in. I forgot my password, can't get signed in, never see entire notification. I tried to reset password and it just spins, I can't get in, so it is not helpful, atleast on Android. It appears to be working now. Was contacted promptly by support who offered help.
