The app is not favoring because i have just downloaded but no option to sign up and yet they are asking for user name and password. You should put provission for those joining for the first time.
im so confused. it asked for username and password but i never got to create anything. im on my laptop and even my phone theres major issues. i would like to have an account if possible
Note able to come out of End Point. No help available. Poor design... and look like this issue doesn't get priority.
The app keep asking me for a username and password but there is no option to register to obtain those credentials.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9 Android phone...Your APP does not work on my phone. After downloading your APP it only gives me a login and password with no way of adding a new user account. This is to be used as a conduit of information, appts, etc thru my new Primary Care Physician. Can you help me?
