Release Date Reminder
NOTE: Due to one of my API providers removing their service, the app does not provide album releases or DVD at this time. I am working to find and integrate a new API for those releases and will update when I do.
The free version of the app includes in-theater upcoming movie releases, upgrade to the pro version to unlock TV show season premiers, and games!
Pro version also removes ads and includes the ability to automatically scan your saved releases and update their release dates if a release date changes.
It takes only seconds to add a reminder and the app has a dark theme so it is perfect for use in the movie theater right after an interesting trailer has finished. Simply pull up the app and quickly set a reminder before the next trailer has even started.
From the browse section you can filter results from the title, artist, or game platform when applicable.
Search for a past or future release of any type from the search screen.
Review your saved reminders and delete those you no longer want, from both the app and your calendar.
From the settings you can choose how many months of upcoming releases you want to load, how many days before the release you want to be reminded, and which calendar account to use.
Release data can be refreshed manually, or will be refreshed upon opening the app on WiFi after one week.
Game release date platforms include: PS3, PS4, XboxOne, Xbox 360, PC, iOS, Vita, and Wii-U releases.
Note: Once downloaded, all data is saved locally offline, so you can still set reminders without an internet connection!

I just purchased Pro and it didn't take. I sent them an email and its 3 days later and still no change.
i have subscription to the pro. but the search on dvd/blueray does not work. waste of money.
very interesting but I think it's an auto notification. but it's okay i still give it 5 stars :)

This app is handy for adding reminders of release dates of stuff you want to watch to calenders but it would be a lot more convenient if it just sent you push notifications directly from the app, the day of the release, to save clogging up your already busy calender.
This app is pretty awesome, I haven't had much luck in finding others like it. It would be helpful if I could filter movies by country though 😉
I just paid to see the dvd section and it does not load. After the app developer fixed my issue there is now another problem where it ask to pay to upgrade after I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Good try bud hope you get a chance to fix the issues
Tried to check Blu-ray/DVD release dates after I installed this app. It wouldn't display the info. Instead I was stuck in a virtual loop asking me to first pay $1.49. After I selected "No Thanks". A second screen popped up saying "The $1.49 might be too steep. You can pay $0.99 instead". Why not let me use the app uncrippled and if I like I'll pay the $1.49.
Needs more robust settings to let me choose what I get notified about or see in a feed. For instance I only really need DVD releases and PC Game releases, so seeing those in one feed and nothing else would be great.
I paid for premium and when I go to DVDs it gets stuck at downloading 0%and won't download.
Stupid app nothing to remind. No movies available.. Everything is upgrade to premium after upgrade nothing good is available..
Purchased the pro version for access to the DVD/Blu-ray content, but it will not load any results. Please fix the app, this could be a great resource for me personally if it functioned as expected. I'd rather have the app working than have my money refunded but if it doesn't get fixed I will issue a charge back and delete the app.
It needs really more improvement for instance more database, more visual content and... . Please consider these points. After that it really worth it to buy.
I bought it originally the first time I downloaded it, had to factory reset my phone and now I have to buy it again, the app is really useful but the fact that I can't access a pro that I already bought makes me put 1 star

Yeah it's useful, but so far it has not once reminded me, manually yes, but never automatic. May be just me, but failed at reminders :) yeah it's never shown up in the calendar, and yeah I have set reminders.
This is bad, the only thing available is movies in theatre, and to use the rest, dvd/blue ray, games and albums, you need to pay premium, ill just go check the release dates on internet instead of wasting money on that.
It's really good basically what I've been looking for but it doesn't have dvd release dates just shows the movie release dates and I only want it for the dvd ones :/
Movie dates don't match Google. Local theater support would be great. I like the idea of this app though.
Garbage. Couldn't fine any of the upcoming movies I know are coming this month. It also won't search DVD releases or tv series without paying. It already doesn't work, so why pay? Uninstalled.
