Reliance Connect - Inmate Video Calls

Freezes all the time, won't connect, drops calls, pictures are very pixelated. Terrible app. This is the only way we have to see our loved ones because of covid, you would think it would work better or the facilities would find a better option.

This app is the worst I have ever used. I don't understand why the app has to stay open just to receive calls...ridiculous!! This company needs to upgrade the app so it'll user friendly instead of user frustration. Seriously, we add money to their accounts but can't use it for calls or video calls. It's absurd.

Excellent. Would recommend it to families who are experiencing a situation that is complicated, but as a father consequences aren't as bad as it sounds. The information that is given at the rehabilitation program is a great learning experience with much attention given to the individual. Remember , Discipline before Liencey is a very healthy lifestyle.

🛑 This app is a piece of *#%&! cant get it to work at all!! I just downloaded it, ive tried at least 10-12 times & nothing at all,no video,no audio, nothing! The only good thing about it is the HOPE u have to see ur loved one before you even download it, after that, well ur hopes go right down the drain along with this p.o.s. app! 🚮 👎👎👎

Doesn't work as it should. Calls aren't coming through. Runs nonstop but doesn't work. Have to force stop the app. It rings but calls don't appear on screen and unable to answer. Horrible app. They need to fix this app. Unfair inmates pay for this service and can't even use it.

This app has so many flaws such as freezing up if you or the inmate even moves, hangs up on you for no reason and then charges the inmate $0.25 every time they call back just to get hung up on again or frozen, its glitchy almost like talking to a robot. You think as much as they charge they could fix the system!! VERY DISAPPOINTED but have no choice but to keep paying the high prices and deal with the glitches just so I can see my fiance!

This is an absolutely terrible app. I can hardly ever connect and when I do, I can't see anyone on the other end. The call freezes and then the app freezes up. It is so heartbreaking and disappointing to not be able to visit with someone you love, especially when you're paying money for it.

App sucks sometimes he has to call 3 times for us to see each other it freezes up alot. The timers on my screen doesn't match timer on his screen. We spend way to much for the quality we get but its all there is to keep in connect with the ones we love.

This app does not allow u to talk to inmates on mobile data. Must be connected to WiFi. I cant recieve calls while im driving to work, shopping, or anywhere that does not have WiFi. PLEASE FIX THIS. Thanks.

Account deactivated. Too many attempts. Pasdwotd fails. Uninstalled app and reinstalled up. Set up a whole new account. Did not work. Funding an inmate is a very important thing to do. I am very frustrated with this terrible app! I pay good money. Ripoff.

I'm at my wit's end. Thanks to Covid the ONLY way that I'm able to see my girlfriend's face is through this BROKEN app, calls don't go through, it crashes every 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes, freezes at random, all the while the clock still runs! You guys NEED to hire some better programmers or leave the app design ENTIRELY to the open source web because I know amateur programmers who could design a superior app that ACTUALLY WORKS. Am considering sueing to compensate the $300+ I've wasted on this

This app needs some serious improvements. $5 per time connection, and I've maybe had one video call go for a solid 5min. out of 20min. But it's still so worth seeing a loved one. plus it saves on the drive as well, only to have a video visit anyways.

So annoying. It takes my video to connect after my boyfriend calls 5 or 6 times then it will connect. Would be nice if I could filter my video. I'm just happy I can video period. Thank you

Shame on every single person that has given this app a bad rating especially when it's based around your own incompetence. Y'all are lucky this kind of communication is even an option for someone in jail cause it's a luxury. This company provides a valuable service and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. The ladies in customer service are super nice and always call me back right away. So it cuts out occasionally welcome to technology.

Terrible connectivity. The app freezes all the time and needs some serious IT development. It wastes our money when it charges for every failed connection attempt (audio but no video).

Worse app had nothing but problems with it!! But if u wanna be able to connect with a loved one you have no choice but to use it but it does rob u of your money due to freezing skippn cuts out logs u out etc idk y jails don't just stick to corrlinks nvr had any issues with them.

A real pain in the a**. Hard to get video calls to work at all. N when you finally do, gotta jump through hoops every time. They really need to fix this system. It's expensive n not worth what you pay.

Phone calls rarely connect, even after troubleshooting. The only way for your phone number to stay open is to put money on the account daily.

Confusing and not user friendly. Keeps saying my password is wrong but also wont allow me to change it or reset it. Waiting for a friend to call and the app isnt even working now.

Oh its really very personable and the visual quality is very good as well. The audio is the best audio I've ever heard. I highly recommend this app to stay in touch with those lovely ones of yours.

Constantly freezes and reinstalling doesn't work. It bothers me when a company has no problem collecting money from me, but doesn't provide for what I have paid. Hypocritical since it involves law enforcement.

I would honestly like to give this app -25 9 out of 10 times freezes, drops call, doesn't let you have option to answer and a lots of other problems and it's a joke to the company who makes a killing off incarcerated and their loved ones and even though for myself I have sent emails or call the company when something goes wrong and then problems get blamed on my cellular device and can't ever get reimbursed or credited for all the money we're our world is in the middle of hardship

Im sorry but this is a very horrible all for the good money I pay. Yes it is nice when or if it works miss calls eats data and the funding the accounts it's all money trap and the app works only about every ten attempts seriously write letters to the loved ones.

It messed up my phone to where I couldn't even receive other phone calls on my regular phone. It doesn't let you answer half of the time. The other half of the time it'll ring and the app doesn't even come up so that you can answer it

Screen has been white, black, and the 1 out of 11 calls that went through, I could hear every other word and it froze 8 seconds in.

Video and sound always cut out when I get a call. For as much as it costs to use this pos we shouldn't have any problems with it!

Freezes. No video on the video calls all more often than not. I'm paying the more expensive rate for a video call yet only getting audio. Rip off!!!

This experience has been very taxing for me. Now I'm not going to come across as rude such as the lady who called us all incompetent for having severe issues with this application. By the way lady some of us had tried every troubleshoot available and have been very patient to no avail. However through my bought of covid, being a mother of two, a full time college student in my senior year for my bachelors degree, and 100% resposibility suddenly the added frustration is unneeded.

Does not open said I already have an account and that's bs! Does not work! The most terrible experience! Don't even bother to download it!! My friend had same issue!!

It doesnt work over 80% of time.. Cant see inmate or they cant see me. I called tech then it worked for a little bit. Told me to unsubscribe then redo it. Also using my home internet they told me wirks better. Still not working
