Total useless App can't open only even helpline numbers also not responding

App is not working after update. Kindly fix it. There is some big in updated app. It's crashing and closing. Before update it was working fine.
Its a very good n useful app to get reports as well as inpatient billing updates. but once we close the App it doesnt open. complained while in hospital but engineers couldnt find solution

Very bad app. Too Much issue in appointment booking. Otherwise hospital is state of the art great place for treatment.

The app doesn't function properly. When in need for booking appointments, it asks to fill all details but doesn't reflect which doctors are available at which slots. The option is there but Not Activated. So how does it help!! Also, the toll free number or any other telephone number always goes on voicemail, saying the CC executive will get back, but either they take extremely long or worse still, they don't call back. During emergencies, this kind of response from hospital / app is abominable!
