This app does not open at all on my android. When you call reliance nunber to make a call, out of 10, 7 times call drops automatically. And, if you are lucky to enter your password and destination nunber then theres no guarubtee you will connect. Poor connection and poor quality are featurs of this service. Stay away. One star because i can not give zero or negative.
SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The only thing on their app or website that actually functions, are the payment gateways. They need this to extract money from you and that's where the relationship ends. I haven't been able to place a single international call despite numerous attempts to do so. Their customer care number does not work. They do not reply to emails or respond to complaints via the app. SKYPE has international calling to landlines. It works beautifully. Don't waste your time here.
Such a shame for Reliance to have this product. After installing the latest app the service reliability has deteriorated further. Either folks at the other end cannot hear or after dialing the local number I am forced to punch in the phone number. Folks, atleast do a basic testing of the app before launching. It's a shame on your IT team and Leadership to have such a substandard and unstable product.
After installing latest update, the call disconnects suddenly if one uses the app for few seconds. Needs redialing again and again to finish the conversation. Kindly fix this issue.
Bad experience - never works App is crashing. Dialing directly never goes through. Response to your comment: issue is nothing to do with user id. Please look at other reviews, everyone has similar issues. I emailed the log with my user id. I want my money back.
I never see such a bad app and worst customer care support. I purchased the plan but the amount is not yet credit even after several email communication with customer care. Please don't waste your money and time on this product.
cannot connect tried several times. getting message "try after some time". I cannot make any call with your app. more than 2 months i am trying, never going thru. I am using Whatsapp call instead this one. Don't waste your money .

The app is not working since October 27th and sent an email to the customer service but no answer. Two months later, still having the same issue with the app.
Tried several times to call India using this app. Balance deducted every time the call connects but none could hear each other.

Absolutely horrible. Not been to call for 2 weeks. Reliance needs to understand that phone is an emergency method of contacting folks back home unlike whatsapp

i have changed my number. i am trying to customer service. no one picks up and call gets disconnected. service is truly disgraceful. Someone called me finally and helped me.

The app is absolutely poor quality. Installed it few times and it's not working. This is story of Reliance Global from 2 years. No progress at all. I am reliance global customer from last 7 to 8 years but lately I am looking for different alternatives. As this is not a reliable service. Anup B
