App just crashes and doesn't load after entering account details. Other times, it just crashes on launch itself. Have not been able to use even once. July-02-2019 - Same issue. App is crashing as soon as I login.
Hi , I have installed the Reliance global call Enterprise app and all was working fine all of sudden it has started crashing trying to reach out their helpdesk number but it rings and then hangs off tried sending mail to the concerned still no response very poor service The app has been installed in my Android phone
App keeps crashing on my new K20 pro. Tried multiple times reinstalling and the issue persists. First time login and setting up password works fine. After that it simple crashes at every attempt to open the app
Keeps asking for pin after initiating the call from the app and also doesn't connect the international call. Totally bummed using the app
App is crashing. Tried re-installation buy no luck. Previous version of App was shared by Reliance team but still same crashing issue persists. Plz reach out to me ASAP.. Error details were mailed to you earlier.
Scrolling down to the last contact under contact list puts the app on hung state and no operations further is possible. I must close the app from recent used app list and then reopen it to access further.

Pathetic App. Crashes as soon as we (few my colleagues as well) try to load the app. Never even able to make a call using this app. No updates even after multiple escalations
Not a good experience using this app. Have lot of issues. Dis connects most of the time, one way voice etc.
Excellent customer service, decent app too, but this is 2021. So it can be much better. Need better management of outage communication. For all coming here incase app is not working, try this. ;,,,,
Very bad experience. Always asking for pin and even after entering it, call not getting connected and asking ti reenter pin. Very slow response from customer care.
It started crashing as soon I logged in. Unable to open the app itself now, crashes everytime I open it. Very irritated.😐

There are problem calling vodafone Number in india from UK. Not sure what had been done. It continously says wrong number for very much working number.
even though I have set up calling number and pin, the app still asks me to enter pin and dial out number again.this essentially makes this app unusable

Crashes as soon as opened. Worked fine with previous smartphone.
There are definitely issues which need to be fixed. 1. For example , whenever the mobile is connected to a WiFi Network , the app continues to ask for Password even though you have already configured the PIN as per the instructions given and registered the device. 2. Whenever there is international Roaming, there is no option to change the access number type to the local country dial in number, in the end , if you need to continue using the App in the roaming country , you end up having to dial the host country at International roaming rates. 3. There are instances when the App stops working suddenly and just continues to give a busy tone for the access number. When it works , it works fine , However at times it can be really frustrating to make it work. Hope someone takes this feedback to make it more user friendly.
