use less app not working properly i want to mnp a relaince number

ALWAYS IT IS SAYING ERROR OCCURRED THE WORST APP PLEASE MAINTAIN YOUR APP

I advice any one not to buy reliance number I had many reliance no.and upgraded a reliance no. To 4G and since then I can't make or receive calls on my new 4G sim.costomer care is so negligible that the don't answer a call from more than a weed. RCom is is froud company and immersed in debts. So don't go for their service.so slow and horrible network.

Customer care ka phone kabhi nahi milta kyuki inhone customer care hi band kr diya hai, mail ka reply kabhi nahi aata. App pe complain kro to " your complaint will be resolved in two days" likha aata hai, 10 din ho chuke hai complaint dale hue. Reliance store par jao to wo kehte hai company ne hamari hi id block kr di hai, hum kuch nahi kr sakte. Ye company bikne wali hai jaldi

Very bad experience with reliance customer care. Tried to contact them many times but always call disconnected from there end because of emergency situation. And I am wondering that what kind of emergency they always have. Also I tried to connect them by submitting request through this app but no reply so far.

I 've been using Reliance mobile for last more than 4 years now. Suddenly from last year the service become bad and the billing is the worst ever in the telecom industry. There r no customer care centres and no way/success to get tele assistance when wanted to contact to clarify billing issues. Feeling sad for the treatment given for a customer of almost 5 years relation.

Worst app. After 15th Sept, this app is not working properly. Always fails to login. I am using 3G data services on my reliance no. but your network service is worse. The internet speed is less than 10Kbps. It always shows 2G data services, rarely connect to 3G service. Help me out.

Reliance is a thief company, always deduct balance. Last month I recharged with 200 rupees and now my balance is 53 without use of anything, deducted for too many Service which was not activated by me. Mailed & called too many times to customer care no response nobody reply mail & call.

I had 3 nos with reliance. In Tamilnadu they stopped there services suddenly. Initially I never thought they will not shutdown. But they closed operations.what a pathetic situation to customers like this. Hereafter pls don't purchase any thing from reliance .Any time they might close there services. Reliance trends, reliance insurance, reliance mutalfunds, all reliance products.

Relaince is shutting down it's operations in a most humiliating manner without informing customers properly. Their CC unable to reach, my number got disconnected all of a sudden. Don't know how they managed departments by taking away with customers balances for free...

"India's worst telecom is reliance." I have been using reliance (Smart) using around 5years. In last two months I faced a network (3G connectivity) problem. I contracted customer care but they submitted a request against the complaint. In two months they did not solved my problem, & when I call customer care, the phone automatically cut off. I think I shall port my number. Please don't use Reliance.

I rate it only 3 stars, not for it's performance i have to say this is worst network I've ever seen actually some time it doesn't work for whole day and it's really slow I'm not satisfied. my every friends foolish like u uses reliance

I recharged my no with data pack 89 1gb 3g per day for 28 days and 110 talktime.But it was not workig on 15th Sep.Visited Reliance store. They told to do 56 validity recharge on16 Sep. But my all balance has become 0 How? Frnds say it happens only in Reliance.. How to get my balance back. I haven't used.

Useless app no update related to your plan pack ,data use. Not a single information is updated and worst customer service. There is no option to give less than 1 star. Learn from other service providers if you can.😠

This company is thief please don't buy any sim or product and if you have one just change it to other operator

This app is useless. There is no option to contact us and problem/grievance sharing option. Don't download this app

No Proper Customer care services on app even service providers is Not coming Online fast to solve problems, Only to wait & wait till they reply. Taking Advance Payment & Showing Amount due, Not giving correct Information.

What a pathetic customer service.trying to contact customer care for 5hrs n still unable to contact them.always saying due to some emergency cant connect ur call to customer care.if a customer facing any problem then where they will go.already have mobile data in acc but still deducted 230rs from main Balance.what i have now is 30p in balance.going to port soon

No customer care service available whenever i try to summon the customer care the call disconnects by its own.... trying to call for more than 10 days now... Most disgust service ever experienced.... Porting my number now..,.. Never go for reliance guys either go for jio which gives better service.. Thank you

D app is great.. but for prepaid users a option must be present to download statements for a period of 90 days like jio gives.. dn it would hv been d best

Reliance is a thief company. They deduct Rs.5 everyday for no reason. I have lost a total of 1000 rupees in the last 3 years to Reliance Communications.

I CAN'T CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER CARE. AND MY PORTING REQUEST IS DENIED BY RELIANCE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

The network and castomar care service is very bad. I call castomar care many time but the cut my call . Most of the time there is no 3g network in my house and area. Very bad

Very Bad 3g network in greater noida .din me 6 hours network hi gayab rhta hai. No customer care no network. No service.

It's a worst app dont waste time to download after 24 hour my complaint still pending
