It is just hopeless... Full of glitches... Customer care numbers mentioned in insurance policy are totally fake. Unable to upload the policy even !!! Further the reliance insurance persons don't respond... Suggest don't ever go for reliance motor insurance. Their charges are too high & service is equally poor.
DON'T BUY Reliance insurance. My motor claim was rejected, constant follow ups needed with surveyor, escalation didn't help, 2 wheeler was lying in garage for 10 days. The app's location detection doesn't work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🙏🙏🙏
No actual status of the claims shown. Which parts changed that approved bill has not been shown and they kept mum about how much time required to settle the claims. after 3 months they are showing the status as settled and showroom persons saying no any updated from the insurer/surveyer. Showing documents pending for upload but not showing which documents pending and after some date shows survey completed and then claim settled. But in physical no any procedure and no time duration is there.
Don't store password in clear text, got it in a text msg when clicked on forgot password. You are supposed to send an OTP. Saving any details on your app/website is a HIGH SECURITY RISK
Worst service experience. They are not giving only 25% of my vehicle claim amount. I have escalated to Reliance Insurance top level but not received any feedback and solution hence suggesting for not purchasing Reliance Insurance.
I have been trying to attach my policy for more than 24 hours and still i cannot attach even after 30 hours of consecutive trying , worst app ever.
Frauds. No clarity in reimbursement of amount and no reason given for claim rejection. They are just making free money out of your misery. It's better to check other med insurance companies.
Worst app. Tried register motor claim 3 to 4 times. Every time it goes to location and gets stuck.
Entering Date of Birth is mandatory, one needs to drag month by month to Birthdate which is extremely time consuming, moreover you cannot enter any details without cumbersome birthdate process. Very frustrating
Just installed the app. Stuck at first step where it asks for permissions. Given, still same pop up asking for calendar access. Useless app.
I have tried to reimburse the hospital bills in this application, all the required documents attached to this Portal. After two weeks later I tried to check the status of my child hospital reimbursement. It's take me to customer care service centre, I was in shock because my claim is not registered.
This app is not of any use.. worst experience with reliance general insurance claim. claim process not proper. App is only showing stages fir claim process. Not even showing which documents have been uploaded or which are not...
Not friendly with customers.....when we are using the app to get accident claim...no respond by your technical team like surveyor upto 3 to 4 days...customer is already suffered due to vehicle accident problem.
Non educated suveyors, they dont settle claim...never buy reliance insurance...What is the use of submitting document online in app if again u have submit hard copy...policy makers seems confused..why one should waste time on app for document submitting...
Couldn't able to find near garages... Previously I was able to find garages but now there isn't any option... Only asking for garage names
I attach policy for Upload documents I say I will do later then after reaching home it won't show which document is going to upload and then I unistall and install and login agin. This time whenever I m attaching policy it says sorry something went wrong, please retry. Tried many times. Same tried in Web there is button of uploading documents but when I click it shows only documents uploaded table but not option to upload. App and website both not working
Very bad app. Not able to upload the claim. Redirecting to customers care which is not responding.
Not able to search policies detail by company name while attaching the policy. Company name is not listing just searching and screen is getting disabled
When policy number is entered correctly, this App says it is imvalid. Hopeless.

Policy does not reflect under my policy. While trying to attach getting msg policy already attached. However when I go to my policies, nothing is listed
Pathetic app. Doesn't allow to upload documents even it allows, app says document are not uploaded.
Third class app. I want to renew my car policy but details are not fetching. So not able to renew it. Very bad and poor service.
I was ok with calendar access, but why it is asking for gallary and when I am denying to give the galary access, it is now proceeding.
Ita a heavy file. I can get the documents from digilocker easily. Wonder why I need this app!!??
Dont work in little sliw internet Shows invalid transaction & false allthe time...need to improve user efficinency....not showing claim status ...
Totally disappointed, lost my money when I tried to get the insurance for my two wheeler, not received the insurance policy documents yet.
Couldnot attach docs through app. Then I tried through maruti workshop by filling the hardcopy of form and submitted docs. Then problem arised that there are 2 claim intimation. Then they started working on 1st intimation only. It has been more than a week even after working on 1st claim. Nothing has happened. Overall, about 2 weeks have passed.
Unable to login. Even the already account link is not working. The page is non responsive for any click either on gmail or click here on login page.
I cant attach my policy. When i type my vehicle number your system does not recognize that. For example , if i take a sample registration number, MH01AK3245 . But for my vehicle the third part is absent (AK). I mean, in my area the alphabet A didnot started yet. So my vehicle did not have that part. But if i type by avoiding that alphabetical part your application do not recognize that registration number. I think it is your application development error.MH013245 doesn't suit in your app.
