Unable to pay my bill for the last two months via the app as there is currently no way for me to get logged in. The credentials are accepted but as soon as the account is brought up, the error saying that the session has expired pops up and prevents me from using the app. I have tried to post this review three times now and every time it has disappeared.

I haven't had any issues with this app. Very convenient. I just login and swipe to pay. If my bills looks unusual I can review it straight from the app and I'm done.

The app allowed me to log in for the first time. I could not log in the second time. It gave me an error message saying my session has expired and proceeded to log me out. It would do this every time I logged in making the app useless.

This app no longer works for me. It is now saying you can only use the app if you have a smart meter, which screws me. I live in apartment so I don't have control over what my meter is. Been with Reliant for 8 years and always paid through the app and now I'm not longer able to log in because of this.

It used to be a 5 star but I bumped it down to 2, because when I hit the "refill account button" it doesnt work, telling me the expiration date on my card is incorrect, when it's not. It's the same info I input when I refilled my account in the past, and it worked then. But for the past 2 weeks, it doesnt want to work. Fix!!!! And it will go back to 5 stars.

It wont let me utilize the app because I dont have a smart meter. The previous company I used had an app which made life so much easier! It would send me notifications on when my bill was due and easy to pay! Then reliant bought them out. Now I can never remember if I paid my bill. Hope they change this soon so EVERYONE can use the app

I have not been able to open the Reliant app on my new phone, even though it worked great on my old phone. The phone store could not help. I contacted the Reliant App department via email and they got it fixed by the next day and even contacted me several times about it to make sure all was working good. The update is amazing, I had no complaints about the previous version but with this new update it makes everything much faster and easier. I have my card saved and I'm able to pay my bill from the start of the app page now with a single swipe. You can pay your bill in seconds.

Does not always update!!! When I signed on to the reliant app it told me I was 200 dollars overdue. I played it through the app and turns out I had already made the payment. For some reason the app never reflected this and now I have 200 dollars credit instead of a 0 balance. Come on now. People are struggling because of covid19 so every dollar counts. What can I do with 200 credit on a reliant app!! This pissed me off so much.

Kind of frustrating to download the app and be able to login only once with it and then receive an error message every other time since. And in reality, I shouldn't have to email Reliant to tell them about the issue since I'm not the first person to make this exact complaint. They need to update their app to accept all kinds of phones and operating systems.
