As of march 16th update the app no longer works on my Android Samsung 7 phone. The app worked fine until that update. Now I just get a white screen and phone says can't open Reliant Bank. I've tried calling them 7 times today but wasn't able to talk with anyone.
Out of no where it stopped working so I went to the bank, they said it was android. So they need to repair the app.
Been with our bank for years. They have recently switched to reliant the beginning of this year and we were okay with it at first but this bank has been nothing but trouble since it started. Not to mention the online app is junk it always says error call for assistance when you go to sign in and will do it about 4 or 5 times before finally letting you sign in. Our recent issue with the bank & the app, they take way to long to post your check! If I had more space I'd say much more! Junk bank/app
It goes through phases where it gives an error message two thirds of the time. I'm literally going to have to change banks because they can't be bothered to have a decent app. They took over first advantage bank and their app worked perfectly so I know it's possible.

Doesn't open. App used to be great but after software update will not open. Tried talking to them to fix and best answer is sorry must not be compatible. Might be switching banks due to lack of service. Thd app will not open. Crashes so fast can't even send report of failure. Stopped working after my Samsung galaxy a11 did update. If it starts working again would rate it 5 stars bc it was great.
User friendly EXCEPT for mobile deposit. Often have to log out & back in multiple times to get deposits to go through, even though careful to include all edges of checks & ensure clarity, and have not exceeded mobile deposit limits. Have even resorted to clearing cache & reinstalling app to no avail numerous times. Extremely frustrating to frequently have to instead drive to bank to deposit when should be able to do so on mobile app. But aside from this, easy to navigate & all else works great.
I like this app. It's convenient. Transferring money is simple. Once in a while I do have problems loading bill pay. I close it out and reopen it and normally works.
Frequently weird crashes or sign in trouble.., nearly 1 year later, it's even worse! Takes forever to load, and a whole ton of other things. Horrible app
App does not open, simply crashes every time. I have a One Plus 6T phone and I'm not sure if it's because the app doesn't work or if it doesn't work on my phone. EDIT: after a great amount of time the app finally works on my phone.
Where's the negative 1 million star rating option???? Stop pretending to have deposit in the app when depositing is impossible. And it's much worse than that. Just never opens. Never. OK, once out of 300,000 attempts it will open. Then it freezes. On the plus, It's obviously the most secure app of all time because literally no one on the planet can make the damn thing do anything.
Update: still doesn't open on Galaxy S21 Ultra. At this point, I'm just going to change banks since they can't be bothered to fix the continual issues. One of the worst apps I've used. About 90% of the time it doesn't load on a Samsung Galaxy S9+.
Usually works decent, but things are getting awful. Can only login with fingerprint, not password. Once logged in, if it lets me, I can't do anything but see my balance. No transactions. No deposits. Frustrating.
App closes constantly, just stops responding. It takes 3 or 4 tries for it to go through. Only app on my phone that does this. This app used to work great, no idea what happened. App is completely useless the way it is.
Updated now it doesnt work just a white screen
I loved this app before I upgraded my phone to a Samsung 22 now the app just gives me a white screen with a company logo. I went to the bank and they couldn't help and basically I'm don't have the benefit of viewing my accounts online anymore.
The app never even opens, it just sits there loading and then says it's experiencing problems and for me to make sure it's the newest version.... I just downloaded it a few minutes ago.
The worse bank. Can't even get app to download. Went to the bank and they don't know. There was nothing wrong with first advantage bank app. It should have just cross just like the account. I hate that i have to go to bank to get balance or transactions. I will more then likely change banks
For the most part, it's a well designed app. If we had the option to change our login I.d. names as well as live tech support, that would change my four stars to a five.
Literally every other time me or my fiance try to use this app on either of our phones its having technical issues. Its been this way for years and hasnt improved. When its wotking its convenient though.
App hasn't opened in months. The August 2021 update completely broke it. Not sure how this hasn't been fixed yet. Mobile banking is a necessity now that this bank is closing branches near me. I'll be switching banks for sure.
Very easy and intuitive for an app. It did go diwn a bit but that seems to have been remedied.
So far the mobile app has been nothing shy of awesome! I've been using the mobile app now for about 2 years. If there was only one thing i would change is how quickly the mobile app will close.AB

Great App. Easy to navigate and depositing a check is very easy. This is one of the best banking apps that I used.
Online banking is the only way to go.Even if it's after banking hrs. You can still conduct your business and get it done instantly. I think it's great!
I love using Reliant banks mobile app it's very easy to use. The deposit a check is easy to do also.
Easy to use & keeps it simple with a few tabs. Deposit function is good. I don't do much on it but does what I need. Thanks
Not happy at all right now with this app. Woke up to find that my app had been removed from my homepage and went to put it back only to find out that all it will do now is show me a white screen. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still the same result. It's frustrating not being able to view your account!
