Don't panic the next time you realize that you have a bill due, but you're not at home to write a check or sign onto your computer. If you use Reliant’s online and bill pay services, your payees will automatically be available through our mobile banking app. All you have to do is launch the app, schedule your payment, submit—and then go on with your day! And with our transfer feature, not only can you transfer money between your own accounts, but you can also transfer money to your friend, your babysitter, or your hairdresser—all you need is the person’s e-mail address or mobile phone number.

When you’re out and about, use Reliant’s mobile app to find a nearby Reliant ATM. Locate an ATM using your current location or enter the zip code or address of the area you wish to search.
Notifications for Peace of Mind
Sign up to receive Notifications via email or text message when your account balance has fallen below or risen above a dollar threshold you determine. This instant notification, coupled with your ability to then view your account information, will give you peace of mind about your account—and it will allow you to monitor your finances, no matter where you are or what time it is.

Your security is our priority. Mobile data transmissions are safeguarded by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to prevent unauthorized access. We also provide an automatic inactivity lockout feature should you ever leave your phone unattended while in your account. We'll never transmit your account number information, and no private data is ever stored on your phone.

Super fast and easy to use. The only reason i put 4 stars instead of 5 is because certain features, although highlighted, featured, and shown in the app, are not available. Rather, you need to be logged into the website to take advantage of those things. Popmoney, for example, is not available through the app, but only via Reliant's website.
This app is no longer able to deposit checks on some devices because the app will not take a photo of the check. I reached out to Reliant and it is their opinion that my devices not their app are the problem. However the app worked just fine in previous versions before they updated it. The latest update of Sep 11, 2018 specifically states in the description of what's new tha they "Enhanced check deposit experience with improvements to image capture, camera view, and accessibility". So it would seem that one of these update features has caused the app to not work properly on some devices.
Amazing! I can manage everything from my phone, this app has saved me plenty of times being able to transfer from my savings to my checking in a slit second to complete a purchase or pay a bill. Very easy to use, intuitive, and secure! Works and functions as intended, and I am so thankful for that! Reliant is a wonderful CU, and ive never once had issues with their service! Wonderful employees, wonderful CU, and wonderful app!
Loyal member. Decent app. VISA credit card integration needs more cleanup, functionality, and user-friendliness. Loading (Please Wait...) screens tend to be annoying at times while navigating, rather than the animation itself. Ability to dispute charges within app immediately (pending or not) would be a plus. Ability to lock or freeze debit or credit card temporality would be a plus. Also, Play store icon needs to be more of a bubble (or more square-round) than an actual square for cosmetic looks and modernization of new mobile devices. Could also benefit more from other cash transfer tools than PopMoney.
The app is very nice so far. Only complaint i have which isn't that big of a deal is that the credit card interactions like viewing transactions feels like looking at a browser inside of a browser app rather than looking at the app where its all streamlined and in line.
I love that you can now deposit checks from the comfort of your own home...It makes life so much simpler especially with a pandemic afoot. Need to tansfer from checking to savings or visa versa? Its instant any time of day! App is easy to navigate and allows you to get in touch with an agent if need be.
The app is terrible now. Never shows the checking transactions the first several tries. Usually have to open another account page, close it out, open checking, close it out, etc... Takes several attempts before it shows transaction history. Please fix.
Great way to not bother the actual people at the bank with any dumb questions that I may have. Saves me Alot of time. Can use the app anywhere at any time. Even deposit a check and see my paychecks when they come in. Soooo handy,I tell all my friends and co workers to use this bank and their easy and convenient app.
Updates are slow at best, indicated "unavailable at this time" too many times. Honestly it is a huge disappointment and a pain, inefficient and several other descriptors are applicable
Quick and easy once you set up your log in. I can check all of my balances for accounts, cards, and loans. I can even make wireless payments through the app.
Tried numerous times to deposit check. 10 or more. Kept closing app at different points in process. Finally succeeded. Attempts made over several days. Very frustrating.
I've experienced times where the app won't display any information for me or even login at times. The bank itself has been pleasant overall, but this app needs some work.

Quick and easy access. However, having trouble setting up a recurring bill pay option.
I never have to go to the bank I can pay all my bills and deposit money right from my home. this is such a convenient thing to do especially with the busy lives we leave today. Thank you Reliant for this wonderful app
No directions after text message for verification. Had to do it twice and then just wait for connecting. VERY CONFUSING.
UI is simply beautiful and fully functional. Great efforts to compete with other online banking platforms. Easy to use and very nicely coded
Most of app is good. Check deposit is terrible......awful. pictures are tough to get right and u have to write acct number on every check etc...so onerous I am just giving up. It is faster for me to stop at the bank for 5 checks
We have been long time members of your Credit Union and absolutely love the App. I do 90 % of my banking with your App. Thank you for your help and Support though out the years. Be safe and take care.
App is almost always available. Mobile deposits not showing as pending are concerning but that's all I see needs improving.
Mobile deposit works well once you get the hang of holding it steady. Definitely saves time and travel.
Buggy homescreen widget that gets hung on loading and can rarely check my transactions when clicking on my checking account. Otherwise really good.
I've been with Reliant since it was WTCA in the very early 1970's. They are very easy to work with and understand what they are doing. I've never had a problem with them.
Great layout and quick access, the only downside is the occasional hang up in certain teansactions.
Please fix the "Transfer" button not working between 8pm and 8am EST every day. This happens on multiple android devices for me every day of the week. Works fine on iOS during that time period
Previously I loved this app. I loved I could use a finger print to log in and I loved the simplicity of it. Now, it's still simple/easy but I can't use a fingerprint to log in. That's not the end of the world and I can get over it. But, for some reason theres a glitch and when I type my very long password in the app closes! Then I have to enter it again and then it'll open. Please at least fix this glitch and itd be even better to enable fingerprint log in again.
