Reliant Connect

This app is pretty terrible. You're better off not installing it. It rarely allows you to arm and unarm your alarm system. #unreliant

I use the Android version of this app version 4.10.7. Until the previous release the associated widgets worked perfectly allowing me to manipulate the warming state of the system with one button. Starting release 4.10.7, this functionality is broken, and without a way to roll back, I am having to use the main app to perform desired tasks. I mostly liked the app for its wigets, and think this is what sets it apart from the IOS version. So my rating has dropped from a 4 to a 3.

Horrible..... The door camera as well as the app are both useless and unreliable. My boor camera never works.....corrections, it works 2xs out of the month. Ive had more tech out to my home than i can count yet no one has ever corrected the problem and no one seems to know why the camera doesnt work as it should. I am completly disappointed. Soon as my contract is up I'm leaving.....never to return while telling everyone I know to NEVER use this company.

worst alarm company ever! they won't sent out a tech.. I guess they go by tiers and they won't send someone out until you've reached tier 3. which they say they're open till 7 and won't pick up their phones after 6. stuck with them in a 5yr contract! never again! do not recommend them.

Great when it works, which is less often than it works. So many connection issues, I don't really trust the app anymore.

2 yr fail Just the most aggravating loading circles, troubleshooting issue messaging, useless clips of people "walking away", outdated giant camera having, waste of money system in the market. God Bless ur patience with the employee in charge of "security by reliant"....get u an ITT graduate or a 12 yr w an iPad on staff

Doorbell and app are unreliable. Doorbell only works a fourth of the time. Update: After numerous calls still no improvement.

This app seems to want to work banker's hours. I'm definitely not impressed with it, but learned my lesson in signing a long-term contract with them. An update is needed, too.

Best security EVER!!!!!!!! Got this for my parents house right (they're old and grey....)and man...ITS THE BEST DECISION EVER!!!!!! Quick and easy to use and navigate.... Great tech support!!!!!!! Laughing......ok so here's a true story....I decided to test this alarm one day(I had been drinking....) I set it from my phone using the app and try opening the door... instantly it goes off...within 5 minutes...police had me surrounded man....needed my dad to prove who I was man.....HE DIDN'T!!!!

Slow and doesn't work most of the time. It needs to be updated or something!! You will be robbed blind by the time this app let's you see anything!!! Do better Relient

Very inconsistent and slow to open camera notifications. Most times will not play camera video

No matter how many times someone comes out to fix my alarm, it works for 30 minutes and then it's back to not working. I pay $49 a month for a system that never works. I want out of my contract.

Unfortunately not able to get access to live camaras most of the time. Poor quality so sad Reliant has this issue.

this system is slow. by the time i open it the robbers are gone. i wouldnt recommend it
