The only way I was able to access these modules was through Google chrome, and you're required to sit through the voice over for each slide. So, if the slide you're on decides to get buggy you have to go all the way back to the beginning of the module, and watch it again. You can't use the outline to navigate the slide. You just use it as a reference. Very frustrating.

Good classes. Easy to understand. Difficult to take quizzes and test. Will not allow you to push answers you want at times, chooses them for you, or doesn't recognize answers you're putting in. Stops during class and you have to restart from beginning several times. After completing the class, app says it's incomplete. You have to retake it again!!

I've been trying to use the app in my phone for about an hour. There must be a problem with the app because I don't think people would intentionally have black lettering on a slightly less black background, or white lettering on very light blue background. I was working with it because it's convenient, but then it wouldn't deflect the option I wanted for the test. I'll try again later but I'm very disappointed.

Almost never works..... Constantly getting close to completion courses then it simply goes blank then you cannot finish where you started.... Most frustrating app EVER!... especially when time is on the line... Then to make matters worse, when you call the school in an attempt to ask them to unlock the exam they will only do so if you take photographs of where you were before the application signed you out....

Total trash. Wouldn't be on my phone if it wasn't required for work. Just finished a course that took over an hour to finish but now it won't let me do the test to get the credit. Please at least make your app functional.

This app can be useful but often doesn't work. A good chunk of the time it doesn't load/let you log in and when it does there's a good chance that it'll only let you do part of your work. There are times when it'll let you do the lesson but not the test at the end which means there are times where you just can't complete assignments even if it let's you into the app. It's nice to have but is absolutely no replacement for just going to the site on a computer as it's very unreliable.

Works well enough but some things don't. Watched an entire two hour video and it didn't save it as complete. One of my videos was cut in half the whole time.

The dashboard and assignments tab is gone. I can no longer do any of my courses on the app. Until it shows the courses again, it is completely useless to me. Please fix. Update...2-26-2020 still not fixed. Does anybody know when and if this is going to be fixed? Update...5-01-2020. STILL not fixed! Is there any hope that it will ever work again?!! Can someone please tell me? It is just wasting memory on my phone. PLEASE, PLEASE FIX IT! Update: It's fixed now. Thank you very much!

The only bad thing about this app is it stops and makes you restart your video sometimes. making it difficult to finish the assigment. sometime it will not load certain videos either. still have a few bugs to work out.

App doesn't work. It reroutes you to the website, which is very buggy. Frequently makes me start a course over from the beginning multiple times. It takes hours to complete a half hour course.

I believe Relias is a great learning tool. The mobile app however does not work. Does not show my dashboard or assignments. In today's world that would be an awesome feature (sarcasm intended). Totally useless for me. 👎

I watched one of the learning courses 3 times and it still wouldnt let me take the test. I went all the way to the end where it says close your screen its complete. I do that and no test.

I got bumped out of the course every 3-5 minutes. When choosing 'continue the course starts all over. Not at all user friendly. Will be uninstalling this app. Very disappointing.

It doesn't work. Like at all. First when I took the tests it wasn't considered valid. Now I can't even watch the dumb power points, the literal entire I downloaded this app in the first place. You're better off just finding a computer.

Used to work well on my laptop a year ago. Now cannot even log in...and it's not on my company's end. The last inservice I tried to complete, there was an in education quiz, and it would not allow me to drag and drop in appropriate order. I spent 4 hours trying to complete a 1.5 hour inservice, and when I got to the end, it would not refresh to the test screen. It showed up like I had not watched the education at all. My schedule can be blocked for not completing mandatory education! FIX IT!!!

The app. says error and will not let me see the content. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success. Very frustrating whenever it's mandatory for my job.

I have to enter the org number each time at times it doesnt show any assignments when it should. I had things to do and then the next day i login and they are gone! This app needs updated and fixed please!!!! I get paid to do these and i have a time limit to do them in so your app is costing my time and money.

Keeps freezing up and not loading the next page especially on my cell phone...NOTE: This is not only the app, but the website as well. I even tried different browsers. Please fix ASAP...assignments are due monthly. -Thank you

This app is completely USLESS. I was directed to update the app. I changed my password and checked my security. I was told it was Installed and to Open in play store app. I tried each option and was sent round and round with No Results. I cannot use this app and everytime I have to recertify I have to go to the office and waste my day!

When I had this app on my LG phone it was very easy to use but since I upgraded to a Samsung this app is the pits. I have had to go to HR several times to reset my password because it will not recognize my user ID and that is very frustrating. Until this is fixed this app will get a one star from me.

All I get is a blank screen. I cannot access any videos or nothing. I have reinstalled the app many times and nothing works. Would reccomend using a browser instead.

I have been unable to ge my content/assignments to load, I have done everything from clearing my phones cache to uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. I need to get my assignments finished for work. Please fix this issue.

I finish the training session and gives the congratulations and says exit window but when I do it freezes and when I close the app it won't release the final exam so I'm able to fully finish.. both on my phone and the work computer.

Never Works! I can't login at all! I enter the exact same info in my computer with no issues, but it never works on my phone! I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled 4 different times. Completely useless!

Anytime anything happens to interrupt the video it makes you start over Furthermore when i finally was able to make it to the end the video it would not move on to the next section and again made me watch the same video again

Accessed this app when first installed it, worked fine. Then after taking test on work computer, no longer able to access app from phone. Very frustrating!!!

Always kicks me off when I'm trying to do training. It crashes and has server errors all the time. It takes me longer to finish the training because of these issues.
