Pathetic!! An app is supposed to make your life easier but this app only frustrates and makes it harder to access the services! Most times it does not work and when it does it hangs like crazy. Latest issue is it doesn't move beyond the initial splash screen displaying care health!! Needs to be fixed on priority. The customer care executives also do not want to help and just try to avoid calls and push you to use this app which does not work! Regret buying care health insurance!!
Whenever I open it to look upon for some information this app always asked for update.. can't figure out what they update at so regular interval. In an app which might not that much dynamic in nature.
OPD Scan to Pay feature not working 1. When I click on Scan to Pay, the app crashes. The problem is not with my mobile, I tried this from another device and it still crashes. What's the point of having scan to pay feature when we can't use it? 2. Appointment Booking also doesn't work.
I took the policy for last year and never opted for auto renewal and still they auto debited amount from my account and that too be when the policy got expired and when I filled an application for cancellation of policy and get my full refund back they just refunded 75% of the amount saying it's the policy of our company. So I would say this company is a complete fraud, first they take money from your account without your concern and then they will refund just 75% of amount!! Complete fraud
This is the most disgusting application i have ever used. Did u hire 1st year student to design and code this application. May be your procurement department chose some stupid L1 company. Cant login into the app, OTP wont trigger, when selecting between password and OTP. It doesnt changes immediately after the click. Major lag in application. Loging into this aap is a big task.
App was very good. But unable to know why the premium rates are increasing for per year? And with max amount premium it was increased..this is not good..considering previous relationship,required some discounts in premium for an existing customers...regards
Your app is not working properly , while upload documents pdf not supported , only capture images supported . When more than one pages has to be uploaded in the same like(discharge summary) then 1st gets deleted . So please make your app work properly and also make the option of adding pdf
The worst app which I have seen so far. Not even able to perform very basic things. It's better to search in Google for network hospital. I'm trying to book an annual check up for my parents it is saying no any centers available, what the hell you don't have any centers in Hyderabad, if not why you promised to give health check ups. I didn't find less than 1 star I wanted to give 000.Its waste of time to download the app
Edit: Care team contacted and updated that they will be looking into issue with the developer team. Health check up reschedule or cancel does not work. If one select cancel it just show the appointment details,no option for cancellations.
Very poor claim settlement system Received my post operative claim almost after 4 months ( personally visited the branch office 20 times), and that's with wrong/less claimed amont. Yet to receive rest of the right amount. I have to visit the branch again because nothing happens over phone call.
As a part of login process, it says OTP is sent to phone and email. But we don't receive it either in email or sms. I tried many times but could not succeed to login once.
Excellent job by developers. Fast and fully functional. Loving to use the app. Update: Just now used the app to update my current address. It worked flawless. Also a pdf copy is generated with old and changed detail. Awesome job by developers. Many thanks for maintaining the app in this way.
Worst app ever, whenever i want to open it and want to shedule appointment, it doesn't open, amd notify 'update' but when open play store it doesn't work. Already customer care's bad support, and its app is also frustrated. I felt foolish to take its health policy
No improvement in servicing . Can't renew the policy thru app. No customer support . That tells a lot about your services. Good bye .
Since 2 weeks application is not responding at all. Main page itself not loading. And there is a download option to download member card , whenever I hit download card always it shows me error, really not happy with this app
App not opening at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. It just shows up the still page of care health insurance.
The worst app ever. The UI buttons doesn't sork, ploicy selection options doesn't work. If my company haven't opted this insurance as corporate insurance i would never go to them
I downloaded it and tried to open but it is stuck & worried that the app service from Care is far behind other Insurance carrier. I am unable to access my policy details.
Very poor service and app experience. Customer care ALWAYS disconnect the call. They never answer.
After recent update the app is not working at all. It gets kicked out automatically. Bad experit after recent update.
App loading time is too much higher than normal app loading time.don't know why company is wasting effort on app and website.My suggestions is please follow Book and 🖊️ instead of digital process bcz you guys don't have any idea of digital platform. Pathetic app.customer care services is also poor.that's why people change the insurance company every year. Over all Max Bupa is good as compared to Care insurance.
Worst app ever, can't even book an annual health checkup. I have been trying from one month and the customer care members won't even respond even after reporting. Feeling very frustrated for choosing care health insurance
App has few bugs in it as sometime I open it doesn't load anything on the page except my policy number. Regular updates regarding billing, hospital requests ETC need to be provided.
App Scan is not working to make payments. Is it intentional during year end so we can not use the insurance amount balance? For last two days its not working, Ill have to raise it in dispute forums
Most of the features are non functional. Can't buy a policy. Can't download existing policies. Interface is also poor.
The worst service I have ever seen.i took a family policy and paid the amount through SBI with transaction ID.but I haven't received my policy yet claiming that they haven't received the amount.i have reported through emails ,phone calls and even sent the transactions statements.very careless and still no response from the team.i didn't even get the refund .being a doctor if this is the response to me I don't know how about the patients in need.. please don't go to this care insurance.
Even basic services of scan and pay doesnt work under opd section.I wonder how many honest reviews are there in here. We have 15k balance under OPD section but never once have I seen the Scan and Pay option working and i highly doubt of it working in the future.
Very bad experience. Although it is very nice feature that just scan and submit you documents, I have scanned all the documents and getting message everytime successfully submitted. But when I talked with the concern person, they didn't not received documents.
