Simply horrible app. It's great that it syncs to the meter, but I'm just going to manually enter my readings in my old meter app. You can't even do simple things like look at your historic readings easily. A simple list with date/time and readings would be far more useful. I could care less about diet, mood, etc. or looking at a single day. My other meter shows me all readings, a 7-day average, 14-day average, 30-day average & 90-day average. Very useful for watching my A1C as the 90 day average is a good indicator.

This is a very plain app in displaying your readings. It gives you the opportunity to look at your history but only individually and you have to click on each day. It would be nice to chart out the results so you can see it over time. Syncing has been a challenge also, at times it just won't connect and upload the data. The only reason I went with this meter is that the strips are a lot cheaper than for my contour meter. The app for the contour is a lot more intuitive.

The only thing it does consistently is say error try again. Then I have to log out and log back in to get it to sync. The history options are very thin even when it does sync. There should be a number of graphing your data, along with an easy why to export your data to a spreadsheet. With this being a Walmart exclusive brand they should have a better app, this one looks like it was coded by someones nephew on the ride home from basketball practice.

There are not really even any usable reports. You can look back at your readings each day but there's nothing showing any kind of overall report or graph. It also constantly logs you out and gives you error messages so you have to completely sign out and sign back in every single time you want to use it. It works pretty effectively to sync with the meter but the data is just not that usable.

The sync from my meter is convenient, but it would be nice to be able to see a chart to track levels. It would be also nice to be able to scroll through readings, without having to click on every individual date. Please also add an averaging feature! The white on black for the logo is very unappealing, But not particularly meaningful.

The app is hit and miss, if it works, it would work without issues and if it stops working no matter what you do, it will cease to work. Currently, it stopped syncing, while doing logout and log back in, it keeps failing. Changed password and still same issue. Now getting used to not using this app but just remember and keep a record on 3rd party apps.

The app wasn't so easy to pair as it took me several tries. I was suprised that it offers no way to to track insulin dosage because that is more important than mood. As for the mood levels, you could add a few more options. I alredy use another app, but it is manual input only and I got this meter for the bluetooth capabilities. I guess I'll be using the other app, so this purchase was a waste of money and time.

Edit: having to log in every time and being forced to change password makes this unusable. Sticking to paper log now! Old review: i wish it had more information, i.e. a graph of daily average for a time period, and also a graph of fasting glucose (or earliest daily reading) for a period. Week/month averages. Less data entry, more number crunching. I don't fill out the logs, i don't see why. I wish calendar navigation was better. No point in clicking back to move between weeks.

I paid the extra few dollars because I could sync it to my phone. I don't want to log in every time I check my sugars and then have to enter the the info anyway. This was suppose to be a time saver but I spent more time entering into and wasting time. And the invalid user thing ticked me off too. I have no problem with the meter, but this app doesn't deserve a rating. C'mon reli on! Read all the complaints and get it fixed!

Good idea, but trying to sync data is more trouble than it's worth. After set-up, it should just work on subsequent uses. It does not. I have never had so may problems trying to comnect device to phone via Bluetooth. Problems existed with 2 different phones and meters, and troubleshooting steps do not help at all.

It will not stay logged in. I have to sign in every time I want to sync my readings. It didn't used to do this, it would stay signed in. Occasionally it wants you to re-enter your password. Now it's every time you open it. It's just plain annoying. I've been using this app for about a year, it was very difficult to pair to my machine when I first downloaded it. Also, it really lacks features. I have no idea why it can't show you some kind of data and trends with the blood sugar readings.

When registering your meter to the app, be sure to NOT include the numbers in the parentheses or the syncing won’t work. But beyond that, this app is so pointless it makes the whole point of the meter pointless. The app only shows daily readings, no graphical views, charts, historical overview, or anything truly useful. Avoid this app, and then, if your insurance covers other brands, avoid this meter.

OMG this app is beyond useless. It looks like Walmart went on Fiverr and said "What can we get for $50?" After you go through the trouble of making an account with their terrible service (took 3 tries to get a verification code), then pair with the meter over bluetooth (hint: don't enter the first characters of the serial number in parentheses), you finally can actually see the app. That's when the real disappointment hits. If you can get the bluetooth sync to work, you can then view your readings one at a time in a way that takes even more time than just clicking through them on the meter itself. No graphs, no averages, no way to export data to a useful tool. There is also an option to connect your health insurance/provider account to the app. But there's no way I'd ever try to connect a terrible app/service like this to my medical insurance account! This app is a real stinker!

This app is USELESS!! After going through the archaic setup process, waiting forever for it to pair with my phone, it will not sync with my meter.(App crashed 4 times in my 1st time using it.) What is the purpose of manually entering my BS readings into the app, when I can just as easily write them in a log book? Even if the meter did sync with my phone, I still have to go into the app to do so. I was under the impression that readings would automatically. App and meter are garbage.

Does not give 7/30/60 day averages. These are important metrics. Also need to be able to delete faulty readings. I need to rely on the meter for important info rather than the app. This should not be the case. An app like this should be able to show averages, charts and graphs. Easy navigation of readings is not available. Having to click on each day on the history calendar is rediculus.

every time I want to sync my meter I have to uninstall/reinstall the app otherwise all I get is an error message, try again. The meter works great but the bluetooth option with the app sucks. it works one time after the app is reinstalled then I can't access my readings on the app until I uninstall/reinstall. it worked well for the first 2 days. then nothing but trouble.

I like the app and the ability to sync with my phone, however, it would be great to be able to see my readings as a trend and all at once on the historical page. I'd also like to be able to open the app without having to log on and put in my password every single time! That's a waste of time! I'm the only one using the app in my household and if something should happen to me, a family member can't show a doctor or nurse how my readings have been because they won't have my log on and password! Please hurry with an upgrade!!! I don't want to go back to charting on paper!

This app should be called DON'T Relion. It rarely syncs so I've given up trying and enter everything manually. sadly, even that is difficult because every time I open the app I get an error telling me to try again, which never works and I'm forced to delete the app and reinstall it to get it to work. imagine doing that 3-4 times per day. Get it together Relion! Or is this your way of getting an extra $4 from every customer without having to actually give them anything for it? $4 x millions=$$$$$

9/19/2019 - Would be great to add a note to any reading rather than just those outside your normal range. 7/19/2019 - Despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot the Bluetooth sync NEVER works which totally defeats why I purchased this metre in the first place. 5/9/2019 - Despite pairing successfully with my phone the readings are never downloaded, I have to do it manually. It would be nice if averages were able to be seen in app as they are on the meter.

Right now I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this app. It is installed on my LG V20 smartphone. I got this app to use with a ReliOn Premier BLU blood glucose meter. I have gone through the setup procedure a lot of times today, and the meter will not pair with the phone's Bluetooth. The Relion meter's Bluetooth indicator is on, but my phone CANNOT detect it.

Horrible. App syncs but you cannot view your readings anywhere. All you get is an average of the readings. I despise relions app with a passion because they control how we operate with it you have to log in for every synchronization as well as no recourse for viewing your readings or entering your notes. All readings need to have supporting notes. This app fails. Its not user friendly at all. I will never rely on relion again with this apps design.

This probably the worst App I have ever installed. I have had to reinstall 3 times in 3 days because it won't work. What is the point in transferring my results into a phone when you have to open the app and manually select add result? I can't export data for my doctor. I cannot graph my results. It's useless. I wish I read the reviews for this app before I wasted money on the glucose meter and strips. I am manually adding to a spreadsheet now instead of this useless app.

This app has never worked. Even after signing up with an email and online account to access the physical device in front of me, even after entering name, even with birthday, even after enabling GPS because maybe it can't find the device with bluetooth, even having successfully paired the device and logged in and entered my pin for the application... This app doesn't work. I have not even one time been able to sync readings to my phone. Not once, despite all the personally marketable information

Horrible app. There are way better apps out there for tracking your blood sugar etc. The syncing thing has never worked a single time for me- I always have to log my numbers manually. It logs you out randomly and resetting your password is an ordeal. Customer service is nonexistent as they never get back to you (also notice none of the bad reviews have replies 🤔). Just stay away. If you're having to manually log your numbers anyway just get a different app.

app has no value because it doesn't show any trends only daily use. also constantly errors out trying to sync or even open. doesn't let you stay logged in and doesn't tell you that you need to log in it just doesn't work for a while and then finally lets you know that your login expired as though its a bank app or something. there are some trend things on the device but those are painfull to use, and why sync to your phone if you can't view trends on the phone.

The app is okay for what it does. It helps me keep track of my glucose readings and other things like my mood, my activity levels, etc. The only issue I have with it thus far is when I open the app I get an error and a button that says "Try Again". The only way to fix it is to go to my profile, logout, and then log back in... EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THE APP. Other than that, it works fine.

Must have GPS and Data enabled just to sync via bluetooth? Ridiculous. Its supposed to be an app to hold your glucose measurements for easier tracking. Sharing name, gps co-ordinates, access point names. and the rest of the information on the device with Walmart is completely unnecessary. I only wish after uninstalling the app, I could get my money back.

Very poor design. Constantly having to logout and login to get data to sync. Application will time out without warning. It is very frustrating to keep logging out to login again for anything to update. Concept for this is good but actual use it terrible. It needs a massive upgrade to coding. I will edit this is they do an update to improve usage.

I found it easy to set up and easy to use. It took a bit of reading and understanding to figure out why my meter would not sync but once I read the instructions properly, it worked fine. after the first day, I recieved an error from the app and it would not allow me to do anything. I resolved this problem by logging out of my account and logging back in. it seems that it needs to refresh your login every day which is only a minor nuisance. I never needed to un-install the app to make it work.

TO EVERYONE THAT CANNOT SYNC REMEMBER TO PULL OUT THE TEST STRIP FIRST! IT CANNOT SYNC WITH THE TEST STRIP IN!!! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Accurate, fast, glucose tester, with cheap test strips, with the added benefit of storing data via the app. Unfortunately the app does need to present the data in a more useful way, such as graphs and exporting data. Hint hint walmart, get developers on this pronto. Will change to 5 stars after both of those features are added. Would also be nice for this to sync with Google Fit
