Reminders

I liked this app a lot till the last update. I can't find any way to turn off the stupid animation for important notifications. It's so annoying that unless it's fixed, I'll remove this app and find a better one. By better I mean simple, unobtrusive and reliable. 2 out of 3 isn't good enough sadly

I like having a ongoing notification on my phone. However, I have been experiencing the same issue as other users with this app changing my set times to when I acknowledge a reminder as complete. Like others, I rarely select the task as complete at the set time, because the task is not yet complete at the time set to start the task.

Cannot recove accidentally deleted data when disappeared from screen. Too hard to use the app. It's hopeless trying to manage it without instruction using it.

Use to be good. Now the tasks just disappear and you have to click all over the place to find a listing of them.....not helpful. Must find new app to show quick list of tasks.

Came to redo my review. I got sick of the ads and banners so I bought the full version. Total rip off I still get ad banners and ads! So angry about this!

I used this app for years as an alternative to Google Reminders and suddenly you're now required to watch 30-40 second ads every time you use it. Never uninstalled something so fast. Please ignore this shovelware app and look at something else.

At first it looks quite intuitive, then what frustrates me is that the auto repeat turns off randomly, doesn't matter if I choose repeat once a month or once a week, it works one or two times, and then no more reminders as the auto repeats disappear. Then I have to manually add the repeat on, and sometime later it turns to "Never" again, even if i turn the auto repeat on, very frustrating as I reply on the app to remind me. Sorry, it could be a good app if this is fixed.

Could be so great... I wanted a reminder app that resembles the iPhone reminders and this app does that well. However, it will seemingly randomly reset times for your reminders to 0900h and when you change a date it will sometimes reset it to the old date. It has also just deleted reminders which could lead to you forgetting important tasks. Since all this makes the app extremely annoying and missing its point, I can only give 1 star until it is fixed, which doesn't seem likely to happen...

The +5 minutes and +1 day buttons don't work properly, the +5 minutes hasn't worked properly for a very long time.

This is not a reminder app. It's a todo list + shopping list and 10 other things. The reminder functionality looks like an afterthought. Adding due dates to items is cumbersome and takes a long time. But the worst thing is that the app notifies you about due dates only once. If you snooze the first notification, you won't get any more notifications. This lead me to forget about a lot of items. This app shouldn't be marketed as a reminder app.

i liked the app initially (5 stars), because no good stock reminders on android at thr time. but now, in the last week or so, I noticed that important reminders would make sound even though Do Not Disturb is ON, and the bypass option is OFF for the app. So, basically, it seems that important reminders are acting as an alarm - because those are the only things allowed through my Do Not Disturb. i cannot disable this in the system or the app. it is super annoying. could you guys fix this, please?

There is a glitch where whenever you delete a note it automatically replaces the note underneath it with whatever that note was, thereby deleting the note underneath it for good, which is obviously pretty terrible. Also copy / paste doesn't always work, you can't use the enter key when making notes, and there's no search bar. There's plenty of free notes apps, use a different one instead.

This app works with some reminders I make. Other will randomly change the time and date I set them for, for no reason. I have one set at 7:30am and it will randomly switch it to 2:19pm during the day. Doesn't always actually pop up or make a noise even though I have it set to do so.

I felt like I needed to update my review: Looks and feature wise it's one of the better reminders apps available for Android. What's especially great is that it isn't a subscription service like so many other apps out there. You buy premium once and you got it. However since my initial 5 star review many things changed. All my reminders that are set to repeat daily randomly disappeared. Setting them again will have them show up once and disappear/change to a random date and time.

This app is really cool and i love how it works. I have two issues though: 1. I don't know what Lists are, what purpose they serve. I tried playing around with them to see why they are actually there but they seem pretty useless. 2. The app is not user friendly, i struggle every time i have to set reminder specs like recurrences, times and dates, the space is too small and everything just moves all over the place.

Will randomly change the time of my reminders by itself or complete them off so I'm not reminded about them again!!

I like the app for shopping lists. As for the reminders app, you type in a reminder but all you get is a wee alarm icon on the olwaus on display with a nification sound telling you you have a reminder unlike life reminders where a big box pops up on the screen which i use more than the reminders app. This is ok for shopping lists. Unless you can make a change to the reminders app where there is a small box that weakens up the screen and there you have in front of you, your reminder. Not a silly little alarm clock icon. Come on guys you can do better hense the 4 stars.

Use ios version in'17 but now in Android12, the lastest update that clutter the clean feel. Everything fall apart with many of the unnecessary settings and features. I really scratch my head why the need to stuff all the buttons on a remote control when it confuse and put off users who needed the basic functions and are already happy. This is a HUGE thumbs down for me.. makes me wonder why supposedly improvements destroy a good app. I am uninstalling and moving on to other reminder to-do app.

This app is very handy. The only negative point, why I didn't give 5 stars, is because it lacks 1 feature that my iPhone reminder app has. I use my reminders for many things, multiple reminders each day, and sometimes I'll have 2 or 3 waiting and want to specifically snooze 1 of them for later and just leave the others. With iPhone I can do that. With this one, to snooze 1, you have to go to it and that automatically takes any other waiting ones and makes them disappear.

Nice UI and fairly smart. But several problems with Gtask sync: subtasks are flattened, repeats are incorrect, and list names are mungled (underscore removed). Also seems to have no documentation and no way to move item to another list. What is pebble? and how to undelete from trash? Overall a good effort but need better testing and a help page.

It can help you with so many things! You can use it to remeber so many things if you have short-memory-loss.

NEW review Excellent service and excellent support with super quick attention and action. NOW its EXCELLEN OLD Excellent appreciate but the date of reminder is not changeable. Everytime i change the date it keeps show the current date.I just paid the PRO ver and its not working properly. The tasks are not showing if i didn't refresh the page each time. Also the vibration of my mobile is not working because of the application.If i remove the application from my phone, the vibration works fine.

Your app is really nice. I bought a full version. However, some features are still needed. It is really important to add a feature that reminds the user of overdue tasks/events. Also it will be good if i opened the Scheduled list, and found each task is colored with its parent list's color.

Wish this app was better marketed. Very very nice addition to my life. NOTE: When you download, go into settings and choose the updated "hub based UI". Simply phanaminal! I've used several to do list reminder apps for many years, Wunderlist, anydo, Trello etc. This combines all the perfect laid out features in a very pollished platform.

Mediocre UI/UX My biggest issue is daily reminders change their settings if you snooze. Also navigation in the app is pretty poor. I would rather tap once and get to where I want immediately then to slide my finger around. Me being picky, but I feel like there are better reminder apps out there for people
