When I said your payment option is USELESS I wasn't missing words. In fact the App is more useless than I thought. Can't even activate my bank account.
It has been hell trying to sign in on this app. Before now, it used to get stuck at the NIN login page. It will tell me to expect a text but I've never gotten any. Now the NIN thing is not the issue anymore but the fact that it doesn't go beyond a ln annoying page where it asks for 3 permissions. Despite granting all the permissions, it just won't go beyond that page.
This app is getting better now, i can see fingerprint login features, attempting viewing order profile, syncing device data, only thing that you can't store fund into the wallet balance without the use of bank account or credit card, I'm willing to rate 5 stars in nearest featured, if this app can receive payment directly into the wallet balance without the use of invoices, or adding extra bank account or credit card like a normal bank account, so that to make it easier to use for a komon man
Horrible, bank account can't be verified. I wonder who designed this app. Infact it's a waste of time downloading it as I just did. Nothing is working here. Go and learn u arrogant spoilt company.
Adding of bank account issue, and KYC error, you guys need to have a wallet, so that someone can be sending and be using money from wallet instead of adding bank account waahala

This app is straight forward outrageous and useless! Even twice as much irritating it's verification process. Imagine how it keeps revolving around what is supposed to be a one-time verification form for about 100 times. It's very hard to access and use because it crashes with every chance it gets. Do not download it. I repeat; do not download it. Bad idea! Bad idea!

It's certainly a useless app, and a fraudulent company, i have been trying to register a company on CAC website for quite a while now, i have paid money twice to remita for the registration, the first via my bank app, and the second via opay, till date, they have refused to acknowledge this payment, decided to download their useless app so as to see how i can make a payment they will acknowledge, the useless app of a useless and fraudulent company does not have a sign up page, just sign in....
The application has been great not until now I can't login my account even after updating I don't know why and my receipt Of payment using remita has been withheld I can't access them please I need this to be rectified immediately. Thanks
This is a waste of time and resources. An error occurred on virtually all payments. None was successful. And application is meant to make life easier...this is the worst application ever.

I wanted to be making use of this app for payment transaction, but the bad experience other's have experienced on this app and there complains , have make me to change my mind not to make use of it, Good name is better than richies, you people should try and fix all this complains, sorry you have lost one new customer which is me, am out 🏃🏃🏃
This is the most useless online transaction app I've encountered... It was meant to make remitta payment easy but with my master card and over 2weeks I haven't been able to make a payment with any of the options there... I'm even considering deleting the useless app, it's just a waste of time and data... I even sent them a mail but no response.
This latest update just distroyed every good thing in this application. It persistently crashes on all attempts to get it open. Serious work is needed to be done on this application to make it stable. A financial application is supposed to work seamlessly and effectively. A lot of complaints about this application.

For remita, this is a big blow. After setting up profile, adding accounts crashes the app on a steady. Exiting and Logging in, tells me my password is wrong (LOL). Using fingerprint crashes the app (Bigger LOL) Someone somewhere cooked beans everywhere. Remita, this is a big blow, u have the funds to hire quality engineers. Twas a straight uninstall
A lot still needs to be done on the app. I've been stuck for sometime on trying to add a bank account. I tried the option of using transfer, still, no luck. The app falls far below expectation.
I made a payment for a friend with my ATM card and the receipt carried my name as the payer. This created an issue that required extra explanation. Can you fix this please?
I wish I could give less than 1 star. This app is as useless as whoever developed it. It was a total waste of time and data downloading it. I could not get pass the first stage where I was asked to input my email... Rubbish
An app that doesn't give you the option to either login or sign up is nothing but a waste of time. If my current need for this app can be met with another app, I wouldn't mind uninstalling it forever. [Thumb down]
Google need to take this app down immediately the deceive people to get it and it doesn't function properly or at all payment doesn't go through they don't pick up the phones or respond to emails either it's all false it does nothing but stall payment and keep you stranded!!!!
The app keeps closing each time i attempt to make a payment saying unfortunately remita has stopped working. It isn't accepting my bank details and has removed money for payment verification. what sort of app is this. To me it is a total waste of time and app.
This app is very annoying, one can't even find all banks on the add a bank account. Can't link my bank account(Access Bank) but only access/diamond and that keep telling me to check my account. Even Ecobank can't be found. This app is just rubbish..with a simple bvn linkage, one should be able to find all his/her accounts but there is no provision for bvn, at this technogical age
Doll and frustrating medium of payment. Not improved because none is competing with it. I think it should be replaced with an improved and helping app. Thanks.
This version of the app crashes anytime I try adding/linking my bank and/or card details to my account especially when I'm at the window which I'm supposed to enter the otp code I received, after entering the code, app crashes... It's really frustrating and The app needs to be worked on...
This app is trash, together with Access bank that referred me to download this app to complete my loan application. Now I'm credited but can't finish the process cos of this rubbish app. My email, google mail for that matter, can't be recognized by this app. This app shouldn't be used by any financial institution. Its really frustrating. Come end of the month, Access will want to deduct my salary, I will swear for all of you. Shame! shame!! shame!!!
This app still contains bugs. Can't change my profile pic orientation, can't access fingerprint login, can't add my banks details: access and GT. Can this be fixed quickly?
