Honestly, I just have two Review about the App. Firstly, the VPN tag that is appears when you open the app (yuck 🤮), shouldnt that be optional. Everytime you open the app it's there, it's becoming an eye soar. Another problem is the Slowness when tapping on a coin. While the last thing is that when you open the a coin and click on USD from VNDR once you go back the currency sign changes back to VNDR. Shouldn't that be optional too again. What happened to Friendly User interface (UI) and UX

This is an amazing app, I have been using this app since 2017. Did transactions which was superb however, I was not impressed with the user interface of the app, I transferred money into my wallet from a third party account which was successful but it was never credited to my account up to now, after series of messages with the customer care. I did a checkup being a military personneland found out that the money entered the account provided by Remitano but the account holder never credited me.

The app is a good app. Just that the peer to peer trader usually try to send a different low amount. I have experienced this more than once 🔂. You guys should employ good peer to peer partners. Who isn't trying to scam. Some click paid and for 30 minutes they haven't make payment you'll have to dispute the trade and asking them to send proof of payment and they'll start insulting you. I have blacklisted most of the buyer. That's just my problem apart from that. It's a good 👍 app

This is a great app but I'm giving it a 3 star because I can't upload my receipts on the app version and I have to upload it with chrome. It's very annoying hope you fix it. It's would also be nice if we are able to make ads for other coins and trade a wider range of crypto

Remitano app is unusually slow. A lot of things to work on in the app. Verification process is herculean, I've not been able to verify in months now. The P2P however, is fast, smooth and secured.

I have been trying to do facial verification but the app always shut down abruptly before the camera captures. and it's so fustrating... As you cannot enjoy the full potential of the services without the full verification

My first experience is terrible. The app keeps on lagging, changes language settings, slow to response to command input.. I don't knw if I am the only one experiencing this bug but this needs to be rectified will update my review once all issues are solved

Am not enjoying this app, I said let me try it with 10 USD, since 5 days I have been trying to remove it, no way, both wallet address or naira, no way, the verification part is another hell again, I try it several times, I really don't understand the app, can someone please explain what the hell is happening on the app

We are encouraged to mine. But for some days now this app had refused my mining but asking me to Verify an already Verified phone number. When I click to be re-verified, it would indicate that my phone number had already been verified. But when I click continue so that I will mine, it would not respond but instruct me to refresh the app and mine. Even if I restart the app again, the same Verify phone number will appear repeating the whole scenario again.

This new remitano app lack standard. I just had a terrible experience trying to buy BNB whereby I successfully made a payment to the remitano seller and only for me to come back and click on the botton I have paid then I couldn't see the botton to click on infant everything got disappear. And I'm sorry angry right now. Please remitano refund me my money #16000naira. The worst part of it is that, the customer service line are showing me the language I do not understand.

worst financial app... for more than a week I wasn't able to log in, the only thing that keep popping up is use your register email, and after that i won't be able to log in on my app... i was just lucky not to have coin in it... i give this app and it developers zero, worst Is customer care services...

I signuped in this app and after kyc verification I did deposit of 125 trx for a offer (new user 4$ locked you are able to unlock this when you deposit any amount and swap with usdt) I did it. But my reward didn't unlocked after completed the steps. And now the reward got automatically removed. Bad experience worst app ever also customer service is so bad replying 2-3 hours later.

I do not know what is wrong that; everyday you see a message "new version use it" on the App when I login to mine RENEC. I will click on it to use it but this message keep appearing everyday. Another this is that this new version of the app is not unique and not fast at all. If the company can not improve on the new version system why employ people to use it. I like the app, though the transaction fee is a bit high, but my recent experience with the P2P service was terrible. I transferred money with my small mobile phone which I was debited, but the person refused to confirm the alert and there was no mobile number provided by the platform to contact the seller, I contacted the customer care service to at least reach out to the seller so he can confirm the transaction, they said I must provide video evidence. I snapped the transaction with my phone

Remitano platform is great for newbies; simple to understand.Transactions are fast and coordinated. However some individuals I tried referring to this platform are skeptical about the security of the log in process that does not require any password; just a click on a link in their email box.

This app is great I've done several transactions it all went very smoothly and their rate is super awesome, best app ever when it comes to cryptocurrency exchange.

You guys need to improve on your app. The previous graphics before your recent updates were better and now it takes too much time to load. It's not acceptable at all.

Remitano app is a very good app, have been using the app since last year, they never disappointed me, p2p transaction is always successful, withdrawal of flat to my bank is instantly,I trusted them with my money, I recommend people to use this app.

The App has a lot of bugs which is super annoying. I use a 4gb ram phone, yet always have issues with smooth usage of the App.

Everything is alright except the fee. I gave 4 stars just because of the insane high withdrawal fee. I request the developers to reduce the fees

This is not good app . 😔 Because, It not solving customer problems. My problem 👉🏻 When I signed in in Remitano .then I get 4$ locked Tusdt . I completed all 3 steps to unlock 4$ . I completed kyc, verify number, & completed first trade But yet 4$ not unlocked . I emailed my problem. But yet problem not solved and no response from the app

My app has stopped working anytime I open the app it will pop up error loading page retry or reset app, both the options are resolving my issue, better you make your app workable

My account can no longer create advert, since today I have not been able to create advert, they are asking me to verify my documents, all my documents have been verified, what is wrong?
