The only thing it does not work with for me is demand. It goes to demand but arrows will not let u scroll or move in any directions. Other than that it is fine. It also works better if you get the message that says "my phone is not a smart phone", click it and turn off smart phone. Works better!
Just like others on the review of this Spectrum Remote Control app. It does not work. When you try to click a button on the remote control pic, the phone just vibrates. Nothing actually works on this app.
Didn't work at all after the download time and going thru several remote apps still can't change the channel and remote is to complicated cant figure out how program it
Thought it was going to work but it's not going to so off to the spectrum cable office for a replacement ! Good thing it's early morning and they Open in the next hour
worst app did not work I read through reviews before I installed it but thought that it would work dont want the time on this app most buttons dont even work even if you get the remote working.
uninstalled due to not working. kept telling me I couldn't use it because TV isn't a smart tv when it is.

Worthless. Does not control the charter/spectrum cable box. Controls the smart TV on a limited basis.

Just downloaded this cause the one I had didn't work. Charter has the worst remote controls ever, and this app isn't any better. Even the options are horrible! I just wanted to be able to download it and use it without all the extra stuff. HORRIBLE!!!
