I love this remote. I lost my original one and bought a replacement remote but the replacement remote does not let me get into the menu settings of the TV. But with this remote I can get in to the menu without any issues.

so I find out that all phones don't have remote access ability already built in so that's why you need that extra piece.. the Amazon fire stick remote works but that's going through Wi-Fi I tried Wi-Fi with this and it still didn't work. 😭

Stupid app,your decice has to be connected to the same wifi as your phone,if i had a remote to connect my tv to the internet i wouldn't need this dang app.

This app is actually bullcrap. Waste of time downloading, you literally need to buy a device for your earphone jack. Better off buying an actual television remote, what a scam...
