Remote Control For Verizon Fios

Button response is poor. Sometimes 3 to 4 press to get a response and each one gets you closer to a full screen ad. About 5 to 8 presses gets an ad popup. With 3-4 presses to get a response, trying to type a 3 digit channel # is a major pain as you end up getting an ad before you can enter the 3rd digit. Ads are worse than ever. Instead of just full screen ads, they are now full screen AND 5 seconds before you can close. Forget about trying to rewind to a specific point. Ads for Spectrum on fios

doesn't work. i have an app in my phone for roku remote that works fine with roku box but this does not work at all for fios box. they tried saying my phone isn't capable of being a remote which is BS. there is no tech support that option doesn't work either.

Wasnt able to use it because my phone is an S8 and doesnt have a smart device adapter. Other than that I thought the app interaction experiences pretty cool. I know if I had a later model phone it would've worked well. I dont know why Samsung did that to us! 🤷🏽‍♀️ lol

Horrible full page ads that interrupt every button press. Really really terrible app. It's too bad you can't rate apps with negative stars. Literally installed on my phone for 20 seconds. Gone already. Sucks. Move on...

only 1 thing between being perfect and not...WAY to many ads that pop up stops what you are doing, and usually with a loud ad that is in video form. HATE them.

the size of the remote is not able to be resized is the cause for the 4 star rating. other than that, the remote app works beaugifully.

Not just doesn't work, but "helpful" comments to "fix" the problem were so stupid, I honestly thought it was a prank app. Nope. It's an actual Verizon product. Wow. Just... unfathomably bad job by Verizon on this one.

Horrible, I updated this app and it doesn't open unless I go through Google play store....it works only if you can open the app from home screen...but it doesn't open from home screen

Was kinda working but updates have made this app useless. I tried all three remotes and none worked. Fix it or remove it from the app store. Looking for a better app now.

used to work but then it updated and stopped working. I'm over it. I uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn't work. won't use it again

it wouldn't work with my food cable box and said my phone must not have remote capability...it does. App is getting deleted.

I don't mind about ads,but adult Content ads is a nono when I have kids.Remove or give an parent control option.

I have FiOS remote didn't work for me for whatever reason it doesn't seem to be an official Verizon remote for FiOS

updates made this app trash... Thank you for fixing this glitch I take back what I said above based on the fact that you fixed it...

Stop issuing updates!!## Everytime there is an update the remote stops working .

shows old version of remotes. not the new slick black ones.
