Remote Control for Xbox One/Xbox 360

It linked to my xbox quickly, but it randomly stops working sometimes. When close the app and open it back up it does start working again though. One other complaint is ads pop up every so often while the app is in use. They only last about 5 seconds, so it isn't too bad. Just a little inconvenient when in the middle of fastforwarding or rewinding a show.

It's kinda cool I guess. Never used a remote on my phone. But it's glitchy in that it stops working randomly and have to reopen the app. But hey, it's something. I happened to hit the arrow button as an ad popped up and it just scrolled all the way over till it stopped or the ad was over. Only being using this an hour or so. But yeah. It's ok. Nothing really crappy. Just happened to have my batteries die while watching YouTube.

It worked really well and then after a month or so it wouldn't connect anymore. I tried closing down the app, restarting the phone, disconnecting from WiFi to then reconnect, forgetting the network. This is my last resort, I'm uninstalling to reinstall see if that does anything. If not this app is getting 1 star and done. I couldn't get it to work again after reinstalling, sorry. I really tried.

no. dont download it. it's the worst. I tried multiple times today to connect the remote to my xbox, and it didnt work. yesterday when i downloaded it, it worked perfectly, yet today it wont connect whatsoever. the remote is hard to control, and it never connects. a few days after it was downloaded it stopped working. you'll have better luck with a remote that doesnt even work.

It may be finicky depending on your WiFi and how old your phone and Xbox is, but for me, a simple teenager who doesn't do much with this kind of, it worked immediately for me and it works great! Especially since I have a wired remote that doesn't reach my bed, it hooked instantly and I was able to do basic functions! No gaming obviously, but great for YouTube and Netflix!

Don't bother with this app. In the week I used it, it successfully connected to my Xbox twice. The rest of the time, it stated "params deleted" and wouldn't connect even though the Xbox was on the same network and was listed as a connectable device. It irritated me enough in the end that I deleted the app.

I was experiencing the same flaws as most of the reviews, unfortunately it still happens. However, if you I u go to your settings, then apps and under the cache and data of this particular application you can clear it and it will work again. I understand we shouldn't have to go thru this but it works, if anyone was interested. Hopefully they can resolve this issue soon. Then definitely a 5star

Doesnt work for xbox360. My xbox and even my tv showed up, but failed to connect. And I know this phone works with remote apps cuz I did it with my roku. Very outdated interface but ig I cant be mad for a free app

The paid version is a scam! Unpaid works great until a full screen ad randomly pops up during use. That is really annoying so I went ahead with the paid version. Wouldn't you know, now I can't get it to connect with my Xbox anymore! Funny how that works!

Useless, most people use these apps for not having a controller in use. You can't connect unless youre signed in on your console, so if you don't auto sign in you can't use this remote.... Just been Trying for the past hour coz I'm so desperate and luckily it found my xbox, don't give up kids

Why buy the other app when this one works fine, very handy for watching Netflix since my controller suddenly stopped working for no reason. So far I'm very pleased with this app. Though it would seem that after you rate it, it goes to garbage. Suddenly I get ads constantly and it crashes even more

Was working fine, and now when it updated it can't even find xbox! Great when it eventually connects, takes forever to connect. When updated it can't find xbox, have to keep deleting app and installing ot again. And now it has a bug

It worked fairly well for a few days but now it will only turn on and off the xbox. It won't allow me to do anything else. When it was working I had to leave my phone open and on otherwise I would have to go back to remotes and start over to make the remote work. Not the best experience. I thought it was a clever app idea.

It's not a bad remote if you guys can fix the clitches and keep the connections going better I'll give this a 5 star. Once again it's good to use when you don't have a controller or remote but it sometimes doesn't connect and it's hard to switch between remotes for each system. Fix that make this app 5stars your almost there!

Worked decently for two days and then suddenly atarted asking me to update the game every time I opened it. Spoiler: No updates available. Then it would just freeze at the wifi connect screen and supposedly try to wake up my xbox one...despite it already being on and on the same network as my phone. That and the ads are really bad. Uninstalled.

I was so excited by this app and completely loved it... Until it stopped working 3 days after install. I used this to watch TV apps on my Xbox. After a few days it refused to connect. If this was fixed I would rate it 5 stars. Even with the ads that pop up.

This app is crazy!!! I use the app to do basic things such as netflix on my xbox one system but one min the connection is grate and it was fine but then hours later or so it dosnt connecct to the system and i keep having to delete the app and install it again to get it to connect to the system wich is why i gave 2 stars insted of 4 so fix that and u got my vote cause this app is actually a good app !

Relentless ads keep popping up full screen. So you go to push a button on the remote and you instead click on an ad. If you are going to buy the app, a better choice (for Xbox 360) is offered by newdroid. It is the full version remote where as this one is the limited scaled down one.

Poor connection. Constantly turning it off and on, uninstalling reinstalling. Always crashes. Very bad app. It does the job it intends to do but imbues frustration. I just deleted it it would not let me download again if you are looking for a remote control app do not use this one

It worked at first and then it started not to work by saying the connection failed and the Xbox and my phone where connected to the same network and I was close to the Xbox and it doesn't seem to Wana connect IL give it a 3 star, they just need to do some work on this, it's an ok app for me they just need to work on it a bit more and fix some bugs and etc,

Only works when it wants to. It will show 2 xboxs with the same ip address, and will not connect to either. When it is working, there is only one xbox listed. When it works, it works great, but that is extremely rare.

Enjoyed this while it worked. However, now it wont connect at all. States "Params Deleted". I'm using an Android, my phone and app are at their top update peak. Yet, your app is not working. I tried uninstalling and reinstallong but nothing. Due to this massive inconvienence I will be uninstalling this app permanently until I get notice the issue has been resolved...I wish this didnt happen as I was enjoying it

Worked, now doesn't. When I downloaded it, it was great. Ads were few and ability to easily navigate my Xbox was amazing.. I now have to delete then reinstall 3 times, disconnect/ reconnect to internet, still nothing. Why is this happening??

Tested on: *Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 (5g variant), *Samsung galaxy S10+, *Huawei P Smart 2019 Needs improving: I tried it out when my partner's son was screaming on his Xbox one, I decided to download this app. I was able to turn his console off without having to stand up or be in the same room, although it seemed that and the home button were the only two things that worked, plus having to choose the correct remote out of the options. Hopefully this new update will improve.

No use whatsoever! It's my 3rd time downloading it after not realizing until I get in to access my xbox. Then all I see is the damn cat, 1 option for remote which doesn't work and though it's connected to my box n net, it stays stuck on still searching for connection. Smh.

Does not work. Installed - opened - loading screen for 30 seconds - app closes itself - app reopens itself - loading screen for 30 seconds - repeat. Tried force stopping the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. App is clearly outdated and no longer relevant in 2020.
