Remote Fingerprint Unlock
For the application to work, you need to install the Fingerprint Credential Provider module on your Windows PC (Windows Vista/7/8/10). You can download it here: http://bit.ly/2Q4YoUP
The module only runs when the logon screen is active, so, in order to connect your computer, add an account, etc., simply lock your computer (Windows Key + L, or from the Start Menu).
How to use the app:
Firstly, be sure that you have installed the Windows module found at the link above.
Go to the Scan menu (making sure that your computer is on the logon screen) and pull to refresh (uses Wi-Fi) or press the add button and use the preferred method of unlocking.
Select your computer and press Save.
Now, go to the Accounts menu, tap the 3-dot menu button of the computer and then Add Account. Enter the Windows account that you want to unlock. Use the displayed name exactly as on the lockscreen (case sensitive, including the domain name if using domain account), together with the corresponding password. Scan your fingerprint and press Add.
For PRO users: to select one of the added accounts as default, tap on the 3-dot menu button then select Set As Default.
To configure a computer, tap on the 3-dot menu button of that computer.
For PRO users: to enable Wake on Lan, go to the computer's configuration menu and enable Send WoL Packet. Make sure the MAC address is correct!
You’re now all set! Go to the Unlock menu and scan your fingerprint. You should now see your computer unlocked.

Being built with security in mind, the app:
• Can be safely be used on a public network –all sent data is encrypted.
• Encrypts the stored information in the user’s computer using a unique key that identifies the app installation.
• Does not store any password in the Android app.
• Prevents attackers from also gaining access to your computer – if an attacker knows your PIN and adds his own fingerprint, the app is immediately notified and automatically invalidates its own key, which makes the stored private app information lost forever.

Be sure to allow incoming and outgoing traffic (both TCP and UDP) in your firewall for the LogonUI.exe process found in C:\Windows\System32. You will be asked at the installation if you want this done automatically for you if you are using Windows Firewall.

simple, intuitive and very easy to use. just one minor new issue, the fingerprint unlock popup is a blinding white even in dark/black mode. edit: Solved! that option was enabled and authentication works fine without it. thanks!
Here , I even purchased the pro version to support you guys , but the problem for me is that I dont get my pc unlocked by a single scan. Like for example , when my pc is in the lock screen when I give the fingerprint prompt it should very easily unlocl the pc. But mine i must scan once and again open the app. Give me a bit of help that'll mean alot and great app anyways !
it works perfect for a long time now, with my previous and my current phone. I love the WOL feature, just start the unlock on your phone and the PC automatically starts and logs in to the windows account. Awesome!
I dont know who is giving this a bad review. IT IS AWESOME, i have a 4 letter password and this is overkill. anyway, thank the Lord and this genius we can unlock our PCs remotely, is dope, plus he gives premium option to WoL, and windows credential is supper easy to uninstall, he knows what we want. I wish there were a usb option and andorid would allow me to unlock my phone wihout losing fingerprint service, then why use a phone right? was I nervous in giving out my microsoft username and password to the app. yes, but I dont care anymore. i think for the 7 star review, app also services as usb/key feature.
For me it is working great I will definitely purchase pro in future but this apk needs this feature 1- also control power button like on,off,lock,restart, which is already available in other apk... 2-control from anywhere in the world if the pc is connected to internet...( I think it already works 🤔) 3-cool interface of the apk.... 4- and more.... Great app! The pro version offers wake on LAN support so I can start my computer (and unlock it) in one fell swoop. I initially had an issue when I started using the app, but the developer quickly fixed it and made it one of my favorite apps! He even just added support for pixel 4 (face unlock), which I'll come to appreciate when I switch over. If I had to chose something to nitpick, it would be the widget, which could look better. The dev is accessible and on top of issues. 10/10
Great app, works well for me. Some suggestions: 1. Bluetooth unlock is slower than unlocking through wifi, but it is the most reliable way to unlock (when my laptop isn't connected to a network). I hope you can add the ability to choose which unlock method to use for each widget. 2. I think you can make use of the long press app shortcuts menu. By using that, I think you can choose to unlock multiple accounts but only place one icon on the home screen.
Great app. Works perfectly. I just have one complaint that has bugged me for quite some time. My laptop is running windows 10 with a live account signed in. When I use the module to unlock, it works fine, but when I try to log in without the fingerprint app and when the laptop isn't connected to the internet, after entering the right password, I get the prompt: "Your device is offline. Please sign in with the last password used on this device." It happens everytime and is very frustrating.
Been using this app for a while now on many devices with both capacitive and under screen fingerprint scanners. Works just amazing. One feature request though. It would be amazing if an unlock screen pops up on the mobile device whenever the PC comes to the login screen. Then it would just be a single touch on the device and it'll go right back to sleep.
I loved this app so much that I bought the Pro version of it. Although I have some feature suggestions. Firstly, unlocking via Bluetooth should be added, because WiFi won't be available everywhere. So Bluetooth functionality will be a great addition. Another suggestion is, the app should be able to work on all Wi-Fi networks. Right now, it works on most networks, but doesn't work on some.
I didnt think much of the app when I installed it. But it's simple to setup and use. One suggestion is : if the user enters wrong username password combo and you couldn't unlock the system with that credentials, let the user know. I was trying to get it to work for a solid 30 mts before I realised my email was wrong. But a great app.
The app keeps detecting fingerprint changes and removes all my accounts. But there are no fingerprint changes. I have to set it up over and over again every few days, that's annoying. Original review: Fantastic! It is working very fastly and well. Just the design could become optimized (especially on Windows lock screen - what about a rounded or transparent logo) EDIT: Developer said this is impossible, therefore I gave the last star
This app works wonderfully and I use it almost every day. If you have a computer with an ASUS motherboard, you can even turn on a feature which lets you turn on your computer with WoL (not sure about other motherboards). The only thing bugging me slightly with the app is the UI could be a bit more modern and the widget too. I know the phrase "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." but it would be nice to get an updated UI.
This is so much easier than Samsung Flow which requires me to use bluetooth. Because this is WiFi/Network based, it's much better. I will admit setting this up took a bit because it's confusing in some parts. I added my account info, but when I tried to use my fingerprint scanner, it said no default account selected. Then I realized under the username you have to press and hold, it will then say (Selected). Now the fingerprint scanner works. But then when I used it, it would say I logged in on the phone, but my PC didn't do anything. I was using my MS account credentials, apparently that is incorrect. You must enter the name that is displayed on the logon on screen. In my case it's Xzavier Carsten Omyda. I then used my MS account password. Now the app works perfectly!
This app is great, I love that I can use my phone's fingerprint scanner to unlock my PC. My biggest complaint is the widget is ugly, wish it was just like the app icon without the background with some color choices, and it could be customized to make it easier to distinguish which account you're trying to unlock if you have multiple accounts set up. Create a better looking, customizable widget and this would be a five-star app for me.
Awesome liking it a lot but had to buy the pro version to disable the pesky pop up ads that start playing music, but liking the WoL a lot. All in all it's fine just took 2-3 tries to select the default account as it's not specified to a certain degree, also I guess when one has only a single account it should be set as the default by default. Also would have liked to see the module appear as a pseudo windows hello fp scanner in sign in options instead of the seperate module instance stuff but I guess that's what's needed for it to be compatible with legacy devices
This is a great piece of software for unlocking your devices if they don't have a fingerprint reader or if you need to remotely unlock the device. I did get the pro edition for multiple device usage and would love to see bluetooth support, wake up notifications, and computer locking among the possible features. My only issue currently is I wish that it was easier to select what device you want to unlock. Currently it's Menu>My Accounts>Tap which account. I'd love to simply swipe which account on the Unlock screen with perhaps some indicators for those of us that do have multiple devices. Aside from that small gripe, no complaints.
The app does as it says, you can unlock your computer with your phone's fingerprint, perfect for lazy people like me when you are laying in bed and turn on your PC remotely. Make sure you download their driver though, or it won't work. I was skeptical as to why it was on Google Drive but their ToS clearly states it only runs when logon is active, and shuts down when you are logged in. Fantastic app! I will definitely donate when I get the money!
Absolutely amazing app. Easy to set up and works flawlessly. If you're sick and tired of typing your password to unlock your be it PC or laptop this is a must have. Time saver and It removes one of the daily annoyances from a daily life. Don't get me wrong, I'm all in for protecting a computer with a strong password, But this app makes it so much easier to unlock it with your fingerprint.Hope the the developer will add soon one of possible promised feature like locking your computer with a fingerprint. The pro version is affordable and worth the price, moreover, it allows you to set up multiple computers. All in all a great app.
Great little app that generally works well. However, I was disappointed that after purchasing the pro upgrade the wake on LAN feature did not work. I have tried a different app for WoL which worked fine. The specified TCP/UDP port is forwarded, so therefore I can only conclude the issue is with the app.
I use the Pro version. It works fine till I restart my rooted Samsung phone. I have to go into settings and change biometric preferences for it to be usable again. I would also love it, if it could auto cycle through the different connection modes, as I am not able to always use WiFi scan method to unlock my laptop and would prefer the widget to auto-switch to Bluetooth, without making me configure it every time.
Nice app with great potential. Still lots of room for improvement. Bought instantly even without trying first, because of the concept. 1. Add an option to lock the pc screen from the app itself. 2. Add a totally transparent widget. 3. There is a bug which lets the app unlock the computer automatically afterwards if you have swiped your finger when the pc screen was not locked.
This App enables you to unlock your computer easily via your Mobile Fingerprint Scanner and has amazing features such as WoL and the ability to change Tethering Options as well, most of these features are for the Pro Version. On the free version, you'll only have the capability to keep one account & computer on the system and will be able to unlock as usual without WoL. The apps background is just white-coloured and user-friendly too; I would recommend this app for your next use.
A great app in brief! It works as long as the PC and Phone are connected to the same WiFi network. I purchased the pro app to enbale the widget option and it works like a charm everytime. If the developer could include a face recognition option supported in most smartphones these days, to unlock the PC, that would hit the ball out of the park!
The app works great but needs some aesthetic changes. the app interface design needs so much work, it looks outdated, also the widget needs a design change too, plus i think the "Go pro" button in the menu should disappear when you buy the pro version as it causes confusion when you've already purchased the pro version.
I keep doing everything correctly according to the instructions and FAQ. The app says unlocked by the PC says the username or password is wrong. Please patch the app and advise. I purchased the pro version and now it's useless. I'm on Windows 11.
Not working on my device. It shows "successful" on the phone, but on my computer it always shows "wrong user name or password"
The app works perfectly fine unloking my Windows 10 PC from a Galaxy Note 10+. Then, after a few days, when I open the app I only get a white screen and the app freezes there. Reinstalled and the same happened a few days later.
