- If you ask me to add support for another application, send me an email! (in order to get an app to work with Remote for mac, it should have AppleScript support, so movist is out unless someone adds support)
- for the ones interested, the login details of your mac are stored securely and not sent by any mean to me. (check it if you want) also I'm not gathering any phone info.
- If you want the app to be translated to your language and you can spend 10min of your life translating it, email me.
- If you are the developer of one of the supported apps and don't want your program to be supported, send me an email before calling your lawyer, and I will remove support.

Requires Internet access to work, doesn't make sense why this won't work while behind a firewall. It sounds simple, install free, give the app my login credentials and TaDaa it works...but what about privacy, your app has code in it for root access and the app doesn't require that. This app could access the passwords in keychain without the user knowing. I would say Kudos Pal, easy peasy boom complete administration access.lol
I've tried everything I can think of and I can't get this app to work. I've entered so many credentials, I feel like I'm giving my information away at this point. I tried to go to the website for help, but it is no longer a valid website. I wouldn't waste your time on this one.
Only worked the first time I used it. Now keeps saying wrong credentials even tho I haven't changed any of the information.
Would be great if the "Need help?" link works but it doesnt so I cant even figure out how to set the damn thing up. Keep getting "Wrong host" error and I dont know what I should be entering into username and password other than what Ive already done. HELP!
SO many adds in the new version. This version is so much more difficult to navigate. It's definitely a step backwards.
Please email me- it says wrong host when I try to connect it, I'm using the right IP address for my laptop, but there are no other settings for me to trouble shoot. I paid the 1.39 for premium and have no functionality at all. Please, I'd really like to use this. Thank you.
Good so far. I upgraded to get the iTunes extended app and all I get is Fetching Library... otherwise I have no additional issues to report. At this point I am only trying to use app with iTunes and I have not been able to see what the extended app has to offer. Can you assist?
Works great. For those who haven't got it working you have to enable remote desktop in your sharing option from system preferences.
After using the basic version for a while, i decided to buy the itunes extended option. It now crashes when trying to fetch library information. A fix will be much appreciated.
Says my username and password is incorrect, i triple checked its all right info
This application is very great. I would have 5 stared but for the fact that 1. The rewind and fast forward buttons are swapped (with itunes) and 2. It crashes too often
Does not come with any instructions on setting the damn thing up. Their website is up for sale , no clue how to use this.
doesn't have basic media control, all i want next prev and pause for any media application not only vlc or itunes wich i dont use
Unfortunately didn't work. Correct username, pass and host, still said the host wasn't correct. And the Need Help? leads to an expired domain or something.
Useless. Description is deceptive. Unless the app developers dont understand what bluetooth is.

Didn't find any instruction to build up the connection.
Until I purchased the paid version... now it won't connect and their website is full of ads and I'm getting no help.

enjoying the app, quite useful for changing songs etc. However I paid for premium, and I can't seem to get the iTunes extended part working. Loading my library simply doesn't work, if you let your phone go to sleep it cancels the loading, and even while I kept it awake I kept getting, "Unfortunately Remote for Mac has stopped". I hope this can be fixed, and maybe display what song is being played in the iTunes section.
Since upgrading to this new version I have become very disappointed to find that the app is so crippled by ads as to become virtually useless. I know you have to make a living but this is way too far and will not achieve your aim, it will simply mean an uninstall and a new search for a better app...
