Dedicated button to subtitles would be nice. Also would like the app to stay in my status/notifications bar so I don't have to hunt for it and launch it or tap my open apps key and select it. VLC is far superior but VLC doesn't play UHD content very smoothly so I'm stuck with this for now.
Does not handle multiple mpc instances. I use mpc as it opens up every file in a new window, but in the app there's only one and it can't find the others with a refresh too. This way this is useless. 3* because otherwise it works on 1 instance and the themes are nice, and the tutorial is a plus.
I like the app, but the playlist never loads it just stays white, and also would like to see more buttons on the screen. Don't need such a big image preview. Sadly stopped working with Windows 10 update, so changed rating :(
Love the app, hard to find anything wrong with it. I only wish that the controls would remain visible when looking through folders or favorites. When selecting a file you have to go back to controls to access sound fullscreen etc. To much back and forth when browsing multiple videos or songs. Accessing favorites is annoying especially on devices without an options button on device.
Powerful app, would be nice if sou could rearange the button layout and add buttons for functions you use more often.
Just as good as other remote apps (although I prefer the interface of media player classic remote), the seek bar is always a bit useless for accuracy to the minute but I actually installed this for the playlist option and although you can create a playlist, the files don't auto play! What's the point of that?!
It works flawless on my friends OnePlus. But really laggy on my LG G4. And I have to force add my network to be able to connect. And still laggy and disconnects. And lag
Could have been much better with Not going to sleep; instant response. thing that must be solved is when I press next song nothing happens when I press again it goes for two steps
it is at least usable compared to the other apps, although the volume does not change accordingly, you have to turn the volume up for 2-3 times for example in order to get the volume to max, the bar remains at 70-80% when sliding
Splash screen on every open is Terrible. Remove splash: 1 star -> 5 stars.
It looks great and practical, but it doesn't work well.. Sometimes it receives video status but unable to send any commands... While other apps don't have that problem.
The fact that it pauses movies when I get a phone call is a nice feature I didn't even realize it had.
Not sure about the new theme, but the other ones are still nice
Would like cover art instead of screen caps, also mpc Playlist viewable like the favorite list.

Player cannot resume playback in case of ending phone call. Request to developers to resolve this bug.
This app is descent. It has a few interfaces to choose from, and the UI is nice (except for the "extras" menu). It is missing an "open directory" option, and items in the playlist will not auto-play.
Unlike the other apps this one is not giving me problems. S6

I have been using this program for a good while and I love it.
Remove the startup splash screen and it will be perfect
Add controls to the notifications area and you will get 5 stars

Works great, only ever had one problem with it and was solved easily (changed ISP and it was having trouble connecting). All the features I want and need while still being lightweight and easy to use. I love that I can add things to my playlist without going back to my computer.
