Used to be good but it hasn't been updated in ages. Player features could be improved for better experience and options for playability.
Works easily using a QR code, does what it says without any issues. User experience could be improved but otherwise good.

Ugly and stupid.
Won't connect using qr code. It grabs the plaintext network values from the qrcode but when it returns to the app it fails to connect. Using a Nokia 6 on Android 8.1 and Popcorn Time 0.3.10 on an up to date windows 10. It's all on the same network and I disabled dns66 in case it was interfering. I'll change the review score if it starts working in the future.
This is the best option, and it's great for a first release. My only complain would be the subtitles, and the QR code; the subtitles because there's no button to choose them, and the QR code because even though my camera can scan them I had to install a different app. I wouldn't mind enter the data manually either. On the other side, it's pretty (important to me), easy to use and I liked the fact that I can watch trailers then and there. So thanks and keep up with this great work. :)

Love how it syncs with the desktop. I couldn't pause the videos using the remote. The circle on the center didn't work, I'm not sure what's it's functionality. A on boarding screen would help.
Somehow it doesn't connect. Tried on two different phones, android versions 7.0 and 8.0

Badly needs the option to stream out to different devices. Looks good but without being able to pick a 'different' device than the host machine I can't use it :\

Great app, really its amazing. It only needs some tweaking and fixes, like the fact that i have to rescan the Qr code every time i relaunch popcorn, or else it won't reconnect. Other thing is that some "remote" bottons don't work, but it's not worsened the experience of using this app.
