Remote for Roku - RoByte

Works well, nice to have an alternative to the official app. Just wish I didn't have to switch back and forth for power/volume, and directional and selection controls on different "pages".

Original Roku app crashes on me all the time. This one doesn't, and it's quite responsive. Wish the power button was with the rest of the remote buttons, but it's a minor thing. Otherwise, quite happy with this replacement app!

Get this... the power button... doesn't turn on the TV. It says so after you buy the application. The best part? It actually turns my TV on - and then immediately off!

The only thing this app needs to be able to control my external sound and give a drop down control so I dont have to unlock my phone. Otherwise it just works and without ads

This is such a Joke! None of these Roku remote apps... just a waste of time. l followed all instructions and it wouldnt work and the app would just search and search and search and search forever

Best App for Roku remote Ive found. Have to restart my Roku stick at times to use but not sure if thats my stick or the app. Either way. Best app.

I use my cellphone app all the time for my Roku, now I can adjust the sound too, which always took a separate remote! This will be so convenient!

Consistently fails to connect to my Roku TV. Meanwhile, Roku's official app connects just fine. Do not buy.

Too many different pages to change the channel in turning up are on different pages which is stupid I have a free app that is better than this sorry very poor I wish I never bought waste of money

everything whorks great except for the volume control. it freezes the app. please fix it

I've used this app for a long time now, and I absolutely love it. So much less annoying than Roku's official app. My only complaint is that the dev removed the landscape mode. Since I have a long phone that only sits sideways, I miss that feature.

This is the best Roku remote I have found thus far. It does still need a little tweeking though. It does not recognize my Roku Stick nor my TCL Roku TV (but they do connect manually) and the one thing lacking from ALL of the Roku apps except the official; does not control the volume or wake a Roku TV from Eco Mode. So I find myself switching back and forth between the two (this has better layout than the official app). Hopefully these can be addressed in the future.

I bought this one thinking it was the Roku Wear Remote. That one cost less and has the complete remote control on the wear. This stupid app only has play and pause.

Thanks for this app! My kids are constantly losing the remote. This app completely solved that problem. Bonus it works for multiple roku sticks without any programming involved. Just install and use. Easy.

Outstanding app. Spent first 5 minutes trying to figure out how to configure it to multiple Roku devices, before realizing it auto configured itself and was ready for use. Exceptionally easy, user friendly. Top job.

Downgraded to Android KitKat and this app work great now. I use the Device button quite a lot because I have two Roku devices. So please keep it accessible. Thanks. Far better than the Roku original app.
