Was working for years then suddenly stopped. Emailed support and had a response within minutes. Apparently because I recently turned on bluetooth to sync with my new smartwatch, my phone sent the speaker sound to another bluetooth speaker.
Can't get to MagicJack voicemail from either free or paid version. My next step will be notifying the FCC, FTC, & BBB. Clearcut case of fraud: Eliciting funds without delivering.
Does not install, not visible on phone, Google Play "open" option does not open anything. Same issue on LG G3 and Essential PH-01...
Needs update. My phone updated and it won't work now.

Tiny size, it works and you'll be glad you got it because CM Locker and Magic Jack don't get along. Trying to check your voicemail or receive a call with CM Locker will have you in tears! CM Locker kicks in soon as you dial, your voicemail says press option 2, you can't because CM locker just locked your screen. This app is for Magic Jack voicemail to your email inbox service. Has one bug that I hope to see fixed. The amplify +25 button does nothing.
Remote wave paid for but would not load on Samsung E tablet. The free version work well on my older tablets
It doesn't work. It will open the file, but then nothing will play. There is no sound. My volume is turned all the way up. Also, if I press any buttons such as pause, or stop then play, it crashes.
I had this plus remote wave free installed to play my magicJack files. It just stopped working. Did not appear as an option and this version does not appear in my apps list at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled from the play store but it still is not working. I wrote the developer and am waiting to hear back :(

Would like a refund!! This app use to work, now it doesn't. Tried the pay version like it said and still doesn't work and there is no refund.
Ive used this on many different android devices right up to my current Note 3 and it has always played wav files from my emails no problem.
I'm trying to download a message from my deceased dad and this app. Won't even open. I downloaded the free and the paid one. My options are install..uninstall :( I would really like to hear my dad's voice again ðŸ˜

The app cannot open .au attachments from the stock email app (Galaxy S3 with ICS). Neither for messages from my Exchange nor my Yahoo POP3 accounts. Pretty useless if one has to save the attachment and then reopen it from a file explorer. It appears in the app list for attachments in Gmail app, though.
When I used this app on my Droid Incredible it worked like a charm. Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all on my Note 2. If you own a Note 2 and can't play wave audio files, you'll have to find another solution.
Works on my T-Mobile Note 2 just fine, I can get all of my Mitel voicemails, but it crashes on exit.
Every time I open a file with remote wav paid version, it freezes then crashes. Only options are to wait, report and quit. Worked great before... What happened?
Use for magicjack thru gmail on my nookhd+. Paid version works as it should. Tried so many free apps to review my wav files thru email and this is the first to work. Thanks Yongtao Wang. :-)

My Note II is from T-Mobile and even the free version works for me. This is my 3rd review and I am very defensive because it had taken me months to find a voice mail wav player that actually works. This app is a Godsend!
Have tried free and paid versions. Neither work for a file within an email. Must save the file before attempting to open it and then open from file folder. Sucky!
ever since the June update the app launches then no sound and nothing happens if you pause or stop it FC's I have paid for this app please fix it!!!!!!!!!!
No longer works with ICS
This seems like the only game in town to play Exchange VM attachments, but it is flaky on my EVO. Crashes. Unreliable.
I've had this app for years, and it WAS great. I use Magicjack and would always receive an email notification if someone left a voicemail. Which is helpful if I'm not actually at my phone. Now I am NO LONGER receiving a notification if a voicemail is left! Very very frustrating...
