Not the best app. I find this app hard to use (when it actually works). I do like that I can set it to text alert me when battery is low, a call is placed or a fall is detected. That's about all I find useful.
Won't give location updates. There is no contact information available on the app. No way to get assistance with gliches.
No number on the back of the device works to register it
Does not work it keeps kicking me out. Please fix this as it important to check on your loved won. Very dangerous.

Keep trying to add prescriptions & it saves them for a few minutes then they all disappear. Tried 3 times before I gave up.
It worked great the first 2 days and hasn't worked since. Very disappointed and concerned. What if I really need it to locate my Dad? After writing this review I contacted the app developers to see if we could get it working on my phone. The person that I worked with was a rockstar! Got back to me quickly, took the time to figure out what was causing the app to crash on my phone and got the problem fixed. It has been working perfectly since. Because of this great service they deserve 5 stars!
