I was able to connect both of my ears but after loading this new version of Remote Link I can not get to my ears. It just goes into a cycle trying to connect with no success. Is it possible to go back to the previous level of this product. It was working fine for me? I am currently having problems again. One hearing aid connects and the the product indicates that it is waiting on the other aid. This is very annoying. The original program worked fine until it was updated. 5/29/20.

For no reason, the hearing aids get "disconnected". Attempts to reconnect fail, despite turning aids on/off (several times). Also, "find my hearing aids" option is complete nonsense: It indicates that aids are about 1 mile away when they are on my person! The app worked for a while, right after downloading, but has failed for the last 3 days. Good thing this app is free. You get what you pay for.

I am using the android. This app does not sync consistently. When it finally does sync with the hearing aids, the connection is sporatic at best. I have had my hearing aids for 3 weeks and have been told Remotelink is the only app that is authorized with these hearing aids. It is a waste of time to use this app. It is a shame that I cannot access the full function of the hearing aids through the app. There are times when I want to increase the volume and times I want to decrease it. Not everyone can do the iphone.

Works Well. I have the Costco Burnafon aids and my phone is a Moto E5 Play with Android 8.0. The app connected to my aids without issue. I woukd like the ability to turn the app completey off to save my phone battery. So I force it to stop via the app manager. When it starts up it finds and connects to my aids right away. I wouldnt call this a feature rich app, but it does control volume in each aid or both and switch programs. The locate function is silly.

This app is worse than useless. I have a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 w/ Android 7.0 and it worked for a day and a half. Since then, it simply will not recognize my 4 day old hearing aids....please either fix it or remove it, its not fair making people waste their lives away trying to make this nightmare work for them.

This is a terrible app. Does not work with an android at all. The biggest problem? No one even cares except to say "Get an I-phone". What? I spent thousands of dollars on hearing aides and investing in another phone is the only solution technology has to offer? Very disappointing.

When can we expect this app to allow our phones to be heard in our hearing aids? Right now we have to remove our hearing aids to use ear buds. Soon, phones won't have headphone jacks (Samsung's Note 10) and will only able to use the bluetooth ear buds.

pure junk! Fails to maintain connection with phone less than for feet away. Must restart hearing aids everytime to resync! Sign of a cheap app, period

why can't you get android to stream audio? I have tinnitus and streaming music helps more than the sounds that are in the app.

Works perfectly with my hearing aids. I just love that I can adjust from my Samsung Note10+

Recommend by Accuquest Hearing Center, I like it very much. I can fine tune hearing for work, driving, conversation and theaters

Seems reading the other reviews we all have the same concerns. Please allow us to connect to music with an Android. Not everyone has an iPhone. We obviously can't wear ear phones if we want to hear conversation so please please let us connect to Android for music it would be so nice. Will raise your raitings as well.

Won't connect books or music from android phone. Seems funny far more people in the world use android. Why wouldn't you work on it. Instead of apple.

Pretty much useless on an android. Volume control that's it.

Takes forever to find my hearing aids. Usually can only find one. Have to restart my phone every time.

I just found out if you go to local it seems to connect when you do that.
