Worked for month or so now does nothing but open then closé immediately. Real inconvience considering we pay a whole lot for this service with 3 locations and we'll over a 100 locks at 290$ each. Worked fine for longest time. We've updated and uninstalled and reinstalled and sent reports in and still same.
Like others have stated, this app used to work. I cannot access features (e.g. Events) in the app, but the features are available on the website. The app gives an "Aw, snap" error message and suggests I try again in a few minutes. Very disappointed that I pay a monthly fee to LockState/RemoteLock and they offer such poor quality. Sure, I could switch... but that means changing all my locks. Ugh.
App is difficult to install and set up. Similar to previous reviews where they said it crashes or doesn't work. I haven't tried the web based version but this app doesn't seem intuitive to use or reliable at all.
I have several locks, and the website works good, but the app is so slow. The app technology has definitely not caught up with the web version, but the app is what everyone needs to actually be remote! Please fix remote lock team!
This app used to work good but now is very flaky! It's super frastration now that its slow and will not save guests reliably. I have been looking for a new lock for my Air BNB's that works easier than this Lockstate lock and this new app is the straw that broke the camels back. See ya Lockstate and Remote Lock App!!!!!!!
Not sending me a copy of the email. Sometimes not sending guests an email with access details. No facility (wand) to generate a random code. An improvement in pagination for Firefox on Android but overall flawed.
This new version of the RemoteLock mobile app is excellent! So much more intuitive and adding new locks with the built-in scan technology is a snap. User and guest management is much improved. Looks nice, too.
New update is the straw that broke the camel's back after the 6i faulty design nightmare that coats us thousands in replacement locks and man power.. New app is so poorly coded, things like all users name's are cut off for example the name "Lisa" is displayed as "Li.." making it frustrating to manage as many guests as we do. Also clock now is 24 hour clock with no ability to change to "am/pm" style, a minor inconvenience but still, why??? Just as I thought this company was turning the corner.
Wow this app is a POS ! Installed it, launched it, Error !, then blank page. You people need to work in this app if you want people to pay $240 for your locks. How pathetic 🙄
This used to work well. It's suddenly become useless. Without the app there is no point in buying the locks - you cannot tell if they will allow guests to have access when required.
The app crashes before I can login. What's going on??
Can't add new users, users assigned to the wrong locks, Hard to manage new users, can't disable a user without deleting them, can't remove individual lock access. No way to add global users. The old version was better.
Was good, been broken for a few months now. What changed? This is a paid service but the app no longer works. Accessing the website from a mobile is not the best experience. Please fix.
Useless because I can't login. Same username and password work fine with the website. Very frustrating.
Used to give this 5 stars, but recently the pre programmed codes showed the airbnb a. That still works online, bit not on the app. I was told to re sync airbnb online, which I dod, but new reservations are still not showing the a on the app.
Doesn't work. Unable to see current active codes or see codes made in the app. The website, although horrible, is better than using the app.
Stopped working! This app was just about working although a little clunky but for the last week it has just stopped working completely
First of all, they do not tell you, that you need to pay a monthly fee to use these locks. Second, the app gets stuck for about 10 minutes to be able to add a user.
Garbage. These locks wont hold up more than 2 years. Support tells you its not fixable & offers $50 off code to purchase a new lock. . No thanks.
App is getting better lately. I think the company finally realized there's way more money in software then there is in hardware...
Shutting down on me. Cannot log in, have to uninstall again, works for 2 weeks and happens again...

Locks don't work for me. You get put on a monthly service plan and with no way to cancel. No phone number no email no subscription management. There is a technical support number but they don't answer. Remote lock you better get your stuff together.
