Best Reasonably Priced Remote Access Software. I've been using remote access software since the early 2000s. The pattern is that a capable remote software will come out at reasonable price and then once it has widespread adoption, they jack up the price. This happened with GoToMyPC and then LogMeIn. I've been using RemotePC for 3 or 4 years and the quality of the software has improved, but the price has thankfully stayed about the same. It does everything I need it to. It is well worth the price

I would give you 0 stars if I could. This is now useless on a Chromebook. The app does not work and never worked on a Chromebook. I used to be able to access things just fine through a browser but someone there thought it was a good idea to force me to use the app which doesn't work. It only drops the connection every 5 seconds and resets my screen resolution to 200 x 320. I can't even set a default screen resolution for a computer before I get my connection dropped. Fix this immediately.

I had used "Go to My PC" for several years. RemotePC is a fantastic alternative. I would recommend RemotePC to anyone who has a need to connect with other computers from anywhere. Great Program 👍

Works well for doing simple remote control of numerous computers. Not nearly as functional or fast from a remote use standpoint as RealVNC but more convenient to setup.

Worked first time, although screen manipulation from a phone (Samsung S22) is hit-or-miss. The pop-up keyboard is very helpful.

this is the best app i was looking so far. runs perfectly well without any break or interruption. i have wasted so much .oney and time looking for a similar app and god!!! finally found one..

not very friendly when you want to emulate holding the left button down while the mouse arrow is on an object and then keep holding and drag the object it mostly doesn't work

Able to connect with multiple computers easily and also having best feature of connecting multiple devices to single computer. This is one of the best remote app. Thanks for these wonderful app.

Its a great tool ! I use it at home and i got the company i work for to use it as well ! Can be flakey at times but for the most part it runs like a champ !

A tremenous value. I've been using remote client software for a long time. The overall performance-to-cost is the best available right now. There are still random disconnect issues (Team Viewer also had these issues early on in it's product life) but overall, this doesn't greatly effect reliability for my needs. It's definetly worth trying to find out if it's a good fit for you.

This app is sooo useful. I only wish there were options to configure the controls. OR TO HAVE ONSCREEN MOUSE CONTROLS. I hate that I have to hold to right click, I like to move fast and it's so annoying to maneuver this way. Also seems difficult to left click and drag, but thats less important to me. Please please allow better mouse controls! Update: my pc is online but the app says offline. Renders the app and subscription useless.

RemotePC viewer is one of the best examples I've seen in the last 10 years of custom programming that does exactly what you need it to do. If you have a problem with this product there is something seriously wrong and it's probably not this product. It's a joy to use. The app itself is just fine, the billing practice is horrible and would not use them again. We purchased a year, we didnt have a need for another year - they trick you into automatically billing through credit card - then they do not let you cancel online or via email. Better still, you have to wait on hold for a half hour waiting for the 'opportunity' to cancel service. By the way, no refunds if you go a day past the anniversary, you're buying another whole year. Congrats!!

Always loses connection. Extremely unreliable service. "Reconnecting. The connection has been lost. Trying to reconnect..." For some reason, I'm actually paying for this service yet I don't see any value to their product. I've never had this problem with TeamViewer and I know for certain my internet is working fine so it's not a problem on my end.

Used RealVNC for years so in my opinion your UI is lacking in SEVERAL ways. 1- it would be nice if you'd display what you think I've typed (or at least offer that option, especially in the Android app). This would save me much time as I'm forever re-typing in passwords as a network admin. 2- where are either "right-click" controls or actual mouse buttons? Again, as a network admin, right-clicking is a must. 3- having "alt", "tab" & "ctrl" buttons on the kbd is a sorely missed feature.

I'm been using RemotePC for three years now and I "wouldn't log on without it!" My favorite feature lately is the ability to copy files of any size in either direction. I'm finding myself using it from phone or tablet as much as between my desktops. The company quietly makes frequent updates to the app, and it's wonderfully reliable. The REMOTEPC phone support folks are unfailingly helpful and friendly.

Much improved app, login is now faster and there are better options. Much cheaper than Logmein

App completely locks up once you login. I can see list of computers but can't access any.

Made the switch from Teamviewer... HAPPILY paid for a private use version, got sick of TVs free version giving me the popup at disconnecting... Then got "commercial use detected" and my use limited. I have 0 problems paying money for software that works, and that will do what I need 👌👌 Which RemotePC does! The only 'problem' I have, having come from TV is that RemotePCs way of adding pcs to the unattended access isn't as reliable and if the app is closed, it seems to need reconfiguring.

Works great but not really a TeamViewer type of speed means it's slow. Did I mention that it works? Recommend.

This app allows me to remotely access my work computer from home from any device. But Unfortunately, the app keeps kicking me out of my remote access on my Samsung Tablet. Message reading: Unfortunately, Remote PC has stopped. After trying to Establish a connection. Re installing the app has not work and the app is up to date .

Been using this excellent software for a few years now, and I've had no bother at all. LogMeIn was good but just became too expensive and TeamViewer was continuously locking me out, because I was accessing my home PC's via my works corporate WiFi network. The inconvenience of having to having to contact their support team to regain access totally hacked me off. So I used RemotePC do remotely uninstall TeamViewer...aaahh, the irony! 😂

Their PC app is great. The latest updates seems to have solved the abysmally slow connection. Now the app is very good indeed. I've switched from TeamViewer, which became ridiculously expensive as well as unusable, and I don't regret it at all.
