love this app but I've seen some bugs that need to be fixed, for example, if I don't open the app multiple times it doesn't count my streams, and there’s also a problem with how the app counts the streams, it's all wrong, I can see the songs that I've listened to in my "recently played" page on spotify and what the app shows it's completely different from what Reinaissence says. for example, today I've listened to more than 250 songs but Renaissance says that I've only listened 160. pls fix it

I have used the app for months and it's very buggy, crashes/refuses to load regularly and often doesn't register my streams (especially for listening parties). I like the concept of the app but I hope these bugs are addressed because they unfortunately make it borderline unusable for me most days.

Idk what's with the recent update but ever since then when I open the app, the page where you can see your recently played songs and rewards won't really load unless I clear the cache. So I constantly need to clear the apps cache every time I'll open it, such a hassle and it's really frustrating when it still won't load the page even if I already clear the cache. Idk if it's a compatibility issue or what but please try to fix it on your nxt update.

During streaming parties, sometimes streams don't get counted. And outside of streaming parties, streams are not counted. So ones numbers never go up or go up really slowly. Meaning your efforts are not being counted. It's frustrating

whenever i try to log in, the app won't allow me. it flashes an error warning on my screen. i tried several times, & when i finally had entered the app, it won't load. i tried exiting the app, then opening it again, but it still won't load. i tried clearing the cache, data, then log in several times again, but it still won't load. my internet connection’s stable. other apps needing internet connection works properly, but this app doesn't. is there any way to fix this?

NOT RELIABLE !!! I checked my streams on spotify and stationhead it did not reflect! Only a few! Very delay, I tried refreshing it many times did all the troubleshooting, but still my stream was stagnant! This App is Very FRUSTRATING AND A DISAPPOINTMENT !!! Hoping they will fix it ASAP.

Great concept, lousy execution. App could be a lot of fun if only it worked, but as it is, it's simply frustrating instead. No two counters ever show the same or related numbers- I have a different score in the monthly leaderboard for an artist than in my monthly top count; daily& weekly counters? Unrelated. Streaming parties? Too often no streams recorded for tens of participants. Customer service always serves the same excuses, but nothing ever improves

The app is just frustrating, my streams are not accurately counted, I'd play a song 30 times and the count recorded would be 1 or 2 bathong!. And the lagging yoh ha.a.

I can't see my streams in every streaming party that I joined with. Also, it lagged everytime I moved to any part of the app. For example, checking my profile or the rewards, it always lagged.

I like the concept of the app but sadly it isn't working for me. I have no clue what I did wrong when I click on an artist it takes me to my Spotify account so my account is linked to the app but not a single song I play gets registered on the app. Is there any way I can solve this?

Completely changing my opinion because why cannot i see my top streams of all time, I've waited for more than 5mins, it just doesn't load, only the this month and this week and sometimes today streams are visible, I want to be able to see my all time streamed songs, please fix this bug.

A lot needs fixing While entering for the raffle if I input my email address it writes invalid email, same with phone num like it's needs fixing and also the stream count. It's so bad I feel like uninstalling it

Everything is ok except for the "Trending" part. Numbers are wrong I mean they've been still the same for 2 or 3 days or even longer.

I would've said it's amazing, but the app keeps lagging and it gets very difficult to operate it. It won't even let me log in again. Please fix this error

Lagging to view profile and streaming party. It doesnt count my streaming. I've tried reinstall but same problem. Kindly help me fix it

There are users who have stream counts equivalent to 20 hours for an album just released 7 hours ago. It doesn't make sense. The App doesn't even bother lol

the app is good. though can you make it possible to have an easier way to log in for multiple accounts. it's a bit struggle when we need to actually log in on the spotify acct before the app connects to it. easy access like in twitter.

Been trying to connect since yesterday. On the last step to authorize spotify, I kept on clicking agree but it won't even load. Any advices on how to fix this? I've tried in on multiple accounts already, still the same result.

I actually like this app but I can't start streaming party. When I enter ARTIST name, it is loading forever. Pls fix that

Please update this app! It doesn't open any tabs or artists pages! I've tried everything but there are so many lags

Doesn't count my streams unless I open the app. Too much hassle, one of the reason it's hard to use
