App worked ok for few day before showing the incorrect account information such as account balances and transactions i made. Twice now I had to re-downe load the all cause it wouldn't sign in kept say I intered incorrect sign in information. This is technically though developers think they are smart truth be told they couldn't fry and egg suny side up..
It's just weird having two different apps to take care of my mobile banking so I got to have the card app to control my card and then that doesn't show your balance so you got to go back to this app to do your balance now it won't update and it won't let me in

This app crashes multiple times every time I make a mobile deposit
App Will not load on my phone! Very frustrating!
This is my third edit since my first review. Th bottom line is, this app stinks. Takes as many as 14 taps on my screen for a single deposit. The checks are constantly being rejected because the app can't read the check or see the endorsement. The developers don't seem to care as nothing has changed since the app was first introduced. I also use the USAA app for personal banking, two clicks and your done, and it give the option to deposit multiple checks, Renesant needs to step up.
