I waited an hour and the cab never showed up. The app kept increasing the time till the driver arrived. It's like the driver was never sent but it was tracking the cabs location anyway.
The App rarely works correctly and never places me where I actually am. And Calling into the dispatcher is less than useless. They say sure we will send a cab right away to a major casino. Over an hour later They simply say oh it goes to our drivers maybe another 15 minutes. For the next hour. In two hours? Get a diffrent Taxi or Lyft. They will save you time and money. Reno Taxi, Hire more drivers and pay them a living wage or go out of business, you don't belong in service otherwise.
Great app, easy to use and understand. Sometimes it doesn't get my location exactly right but then I just go into edit and type it myself.

Called the cab company on 3-1-2019 and was told about 25 minutes. I called them again about an hour later, when my call was interupted by their disbatcher only for her to tell me that it would be another half hour or so. I waited for over two hours and the cab never showed. I had a disabled man with a severe heart condition and a pace maker in his chest, and we had to walk over one mile in the cold, windy weather because the cab never came.

behevier of ur some driver is very very roudge n not acceptable.they have to think that they r providing coustomer service so coustomer should be happy otherwise 100of such type service providing by other cab company they can call any one but not u.correct behaviour of ur some driver.they r quite old n must be go.
Call dispatch with a reserve ride and informed them that we have a dog. The 1st driver refused. Hit a pole on way out. 2nd driver wanted me to make my dog lay down. I have a Border Collie and lab she isn't going to lay down, she wants to stick head out and get wind like all dogs do. If I am wrong then correct me if I'm wrong but... I thought Dispatch is the boss, I know where I work dispatch is my boss. Anyways how come the drivers over ride dispatch? That's why I'm giving it 2 stars.

Decided to try to see if using a local cab company would be better than Uber or Lyft with the current driver shortage. Installed the app and tried to create an account. On the final stage it told me that my phone number was now blocked and that I needed to call their dispatch number to resolve the issue. I called the dispatch number, it rang 10 times and nobody answered. I deleted the app and will not waste my time trying to work with a cab company because clearly they do not want the business.
