I am on a weekly plan since I Uber/Lyft. I want to pay a month in advance. The sales manager at my location said on this app it would be impossible. I tried it anyway and it did allow me to make a more then one payment in advanced. The catch is I can only make one extra payment at a time once a day. So to pay a months worth, I would have to pay once a day over the course of four days. I thought the app was for convenience. That doesn't seem to convenient to me. For that, I give it two stars.

I would give you guys 5 stars but recently after the update I can't use the app anymore it keeps saying the page doesn't exist. I have been going through rent a center for a long time now and I always use the app to pay my bill and see how much I still owe. It is inconvenient for me to have to try to load your website because half of the time that don't work either it says the same thing as the app. I would appreciate it if you would fix this problem.

Two months straight the app has NOT WORKED! It's updated, but yet I still can't log in to make a payment. They told me to call in a payment (yeah and get charged for it) or go online. I installed the app so I wouldn't have to do that, especially if I'm at work or if the internet is down. I don't drive, so going to the store is an issue. Either fix the app or waive the remaining balance on my account!

This ap used to be great I loved it. I could pay online no late fees and see hos much i had left to pay. For the past 2 months i cant even get the app to open. Luckily i can still get online from a browser and pay my bill. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still doesnt work. The last update messed up the whole app and now it sucks! I even sent in feedback when it crashed and told the manager at the store about it.

The app is pointless. Unable to change to pay a higher amount then the predetermined agreement amount, when you go in person to pay extra towards your agreement they act like they have to override their entire system and extend your due dates. Absolutely not designed to be paid off within the agreement period. Disappointing experience with the app and store, and I've successfully done business through them before.

helpful but has errors. Ive been with rac for 5 years and im delighted with the customer service. There is time's though when in a crunch we have to pay through the app, no biggie. My issue is when you give us a receipt it shows the new balance for early buy out option. Also would like the option to pay additional amounts when im able, but sometimes the app will bring up the weekly payment instead. All the app shows is the remaining time in contract, the product,and the cost.

App will not open...a rate us pop up comes up during the apps opening process and neither option works and the whole screen just starts blinking like something else is repeatedly trying to load but failing. I Uninstaller and reinstalled 3 times with the same results. I give up. I hope my autopay is scheduled like it should be

This app is awesome simply because it allows us to make purchases and payments !!!! I give them 5 stars but 10 would be much more appropriate ! I only wish and don't get me wrong this is a wish only ,that we could make double payments online and or better yet If we want to pay any amount over the actual payment amount we could! Now that we would be a welcomed bonus indeed ! But I love this company and have been with them some time now and I've had nothing but the very best customer service (.)

All the items I purchased are quality goods and services are wonderful. They will work with you in financial difficulties as long as you keep them informed. We all have a job to do, keep in mind, policies are still in order..meaning they will work with you as long as they can but as time goes by w/out pymt they may ask for some type of pymt to keep the acct active, if not, They can also hold item(s) until pymts made. Highly recommended for top of the line merchandise. Go see for yourself!! 😉

This app is no good for searching specific merchandise, on Android 11 OS that is. Freezes or kicks you out of it, and has forced me to reboot my phone twice before I could exit the app, switch screens, or operate at all.

This app its horrible. I had to call the store many times to get my plan switched over to monthly payments. I cant even log into the app now. The website works just fine. You have no control over changing your payments. The customer service is just as bad. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Hopefully your staff remembers to pick up the product at the end of the month. It wont surprise me if I have to call and remind them about it. Im sure they didn't even write it down.

It works great IF you do the lease through the app but if you start lease through store then the app NEVER works no matter how many times you uninstall and download the app. It's very frustrating! I love the app when I did my lease through the app! If they could fix that issue it would be an awesome app. I hate calling to make payment every time 🙄 Probably be my last lease for a while because of that lol but otherwise live the 6 months same as cash option!

It answered all the questions I had without having to ask anyone in person. User friendly fast credit approval. Which helped Me big time on a Friday afternoon. Because ups messed up the compressor on the replacement part and now I have to wait 14 more days until the repair man is free to come back or the warranty is void if their person does not fix it. Yeah thanks rac app for yalls help Def going to refer family and friends

Needs to be fixed!!! Everyone you login to try and make a payment it bounces back to the previous screen. It seriously takes me multiple tries before I can make the payment and it should only take less than two minutes not even!!! With the pandemic going on this is an easier and safer way to pay!!! PLEASE FIX YOUR DAMN APP

This app is useless when using it and making payments you should be able to pay more on the biweekly payments it's dead you have two choices either pay the exact amount on your 2-week choices or pay it off I'm sorry on some weeks I make a little bit more money I want to pay more not have to call the store to make an extra payment. I get Rent-A-Center makes money by making you pay longer but that's just ridiculous let people pay extra without having to call the store to make an extra payment mu

Everything has been great, live the service. The same as cash option is absolutely the best and works for someone like me who cant shell out $3000 for a complete bedroom set but don't want to pay the extra....however for the pass week or so the app dont work it keep crashing.

Got a laptop over two years ago, came into my local store and never saw that laptop again, I check this app repeatedly for new laptops comparable to it since I had sunk $2,000 in the the rental. But here's the thing the app is slow and I don't think they'll ever get something comparable and I've asked so thanks rent a center for literally robbing me of $2,000

What's better than renting to own? Sounds good to me. They have great products good people tell you all about them, and you walk out with a laptop, a bed if you need, a printer, a camera and a radio and that's just a few of the things that they have at Rent-A-Center that you can rent to own with amazing monthly low prices! Bought a washer and dryer on payments, let me pay off early without a penalty fee, washer and dryer still working wonderful, I'm a mechanic so constantly tossing in oily clothes, but use the affresh cleaner every month with no issues. After payoff I got a discount on next purchase. Super easy to check payments, paid off amount etc etc, I go through the fort Walton beach location on racetrack and they are super friendly

Great app with a few exceptions. My biggest complaint is that there is no "Keep me signed in" or "Remember me" feature. This means that I have to completely sign in every time. Even if it had me use my phone's biometric scanner to log in, it would make for a more seamless user interface.

The app is ok It doesn't show your actual amount you have left to pay or the actual amount of payments left. And you can't see how much you have played so far. Its just set up for automatic payments and putting orders and browsing it doesn't seem to do much else

The app doesn't even work for me. It never has. My issue before was primarily that the app is so slow and unresponsive unable to perform the auto pay function. As of now, the app doesn't even log me in. Once logged in, it shows me the homepage and then logs me out again. Horrible app for a horrible company. Fits.

I wanted to build credit.. Had great service from day one. From ordering online. So,so simple! All the way to delivery. The delivery men were so nice and professional. Everyone in the office have always been nice and professional. I have read reviews and I believe if you have issues it's because you have created them. I have auto pay and you should have no issues if you pay your bills. Love this place and would recommend this to anyone.

I think it would be nice it RAC had more cell phones to choose from, there's not enough variety. And more choices in electronics. Furniture selection is nice. 🙃. I like the fact that it's now 6 months the same as cash instead of 3 months and payment choices to fit in anyone's budget. Thank you RAC! 💓

very scam like! not transparent business. they make it sound so easy to use so i dont have to go in and mske payments in the store. not true. the app only let's you make minimum payments so if you want to pay ahead of schedule to meet the "same as cash" deal you have to log in every day to make a small payment. can't schedule ahead payments. Doesn't save your log in info so you have to sign in every time. rent a center is even more scam like than I thought.

The new update crashes everytime I try to get on since 8/21/19 so I'm going to be pretty mad if I get charged a late fee. Also you can't pay more than you owe you literally have to wait a whole day to pay again and with someone with a busy life it's kind of frustrating. Also they call you constantly on the same day as your payment is due. And its irritating especially when you are at work. I'd recommend Aaron's they are all around better and they want to work with you.

I mean, its essentially a last resort. Often times you aren't getting new yet paying double and triple the amount of new. They think just because its on display in the store and not rented prior are new. ,like tvs that are on 10 hours a day 6 days a week are not new products and shouldn't be even close to the same total cost. Don't be even a day late. And they don't go out of their way to do anything for you special so keep that in mind. Pay your bills and keep your credit good.
