Rent to own is when you lease a home but have the option to purchase it at any time during your lease period or at the conclusion of the lease. During that time the owner agrees that she will not market the home for sale because she has, in essence, promised to sell it to you. The first part of the rent to own agreement spells out what your monthly rent payment will be, and the second part binds the seller to sell to you at an agreed price, provided you meet the conditions of the agreement.

Rent 2 Own Let's you know who is calling and whether to call back or not. π€ I use this application a lot when I don't recognize a phone #. But it generally comes back with no avail info or most likely a cell phone or a "telemarketer" (non - specific). That part is frustrating because I could've guessed that on my own. Will give more stars when more accurate results are given. I used to like the "send future calls to voice mail" feature but that doesn't work w/SG S6. When I upgraded all my blocked callers were getting thru. U have to use the blocking feature on the SG S6.
Rent 2 Own Great app. Has never failed. Does not always give name of person who is calling. If it can not find the name I probably don't want to talk to them a away. π Great application except it doesn't show Groups, which makes it harder to find contact quickly. If it did I would rate it 6 stars.
Rent 2 Own for free It helps in deciding which calls to answer or not. It is a non invasive, yet helpful app. and i like the fact that you can put numbers in manually along with a feature which gives you an option to reverse look up a number of an incoming or an outgoing call based on whether it's in your contacts as a saved number or not.

Can't believe other dialler apps don't allow simple choice between calling and viewing contact, texting etc. simple to use and free Gives me available numbers as stated. Great application . Also good to be able to block certain numbers. A lot fewer mystery calls. Well done. NOTE: None can give you private or hidden info. if the sender makes it private.
I like this app and would give it 5 stars except for one thing: their notifications. I keep getting notifications for "recommended" properties, which meet none of my search criteria. This wouldn't be so bad if the option to turn them off actually worked, but unfortunately that setting never, ever, ever sticks. I turn it off several times a week, only to suddenly begin getting bombarded with notifications I don't want again, and of course they are are magically turned on...again. Why?
Perfect App!! It is very easy to use! It is updated very frequently! I love the options for searching, although, I would love it even more if it had the option to expand the option to other cities like the website does because it gives you the option to expand the search but only in miles and the website has the option to choose by miles or cities and you can add as many as you want!!! Another thing I would change is separate the hide contingent/pending to 2 separate options.
Rent to own is pretty darn good. After the latest update, no homes would show up, only 3 homes for sale in the entire state. I contacted support and they suggested doing a reset on my filters and it did the trick. if you're having the same problem, under the "more" menu hit "reset all filters" reenter your filters and homes should show up. Other than that though, its a really good app! thanks guys
Rent To OWN Your Home really is an excellent app. I have two complaints. When I am using the map to search and try to click on a home, it almost always clicks on a neighborhood tag instead which then creates a boundry that I didn't want. Another thing is, the auction listings are for a small specific type of buyer. It's annoying not being able to filter them from searches.
I found this to be almost a perfect rent to own homes app. Many of the other apps display lots of fake listings and you know there are a lot of scams out there so I have to be very careful when trying out an app like this. These guys make it very transparent and you are able to find homes in your area that have options to rent or pay a mortgage. It is nice because they work with people with little to no credit score and bad credit history. 1 improvement i would like it to work without wifi
Very good app maybe its not the right app for users expecting to have everything handed to them. The Lot lines feautre is a very good for knowing the value of homes nearby. Obviously this will not always match the assessors estimate but is still very handy. The ability to save searches helps immensely. It allows you to focus on different objectives depending on what you're looking for. Sorry for all the mispelling and the bad grammar.
Rent2own is GREAT! Wow.. I just downloaded this today. Within 30 minutes, I had two appointments set up. Super easy and someone messages you right away when you inquire about a rental property. i will say, however, i for some reason could only search city by city. i wish there was a way i could search the whole county at once for a place... could just be me that couldn't figure it out though, who knows. Other than that, this app made finding a place a lot easier than expected!!
I think Rent2Own is awesome!!!! SOO Better than other realty apps. The listings here tend to be more detailed and the advanced filtering options are a plus. They let you remove specific listings from your feed too, which is great for me as I have lots of search alerts set up and get tons of listings each day, so it's easier to clean it up once Ive gone through it.
My experience with Rent To OWN app is one of the BEST experiences thus far. I have no issues and appreciate what I get. It was a house, I thought my boyfriend and I would love but once we got there, we instantly changed out minds. Using this app and service, its convenient and hassle free. The only compliant is you only get a certain amount of showings a month... I'm always excited to view a home on a self guided tour with Rent To OWN. It gives me the option to look at my convenience and not be forced into a home by a tour guided professional. Killer app
Rent 2 Own trust me Spyware. Logs all devices on your network and send data off to foreign servers. See the permissions requested by the application before installing. Why does a phone call blocker need to know such info about devices on one's local area network. It doesn't!! Very nice app.....expecially for those unwanted calls,,,thanks so much true caller
I love the website and mobile app, plus it is great to get suggestions each day, into my inbox! The one reason why it didnt get 6stars is because sometimes homes are for sale that aren't always listed on Rent To OWN Plus, it doesn't save all of my cities that I've requested. Otherwise, I love being able to narrow down my options, and learn almost everything about most properties. From taxes, to previous sale prices. I have the ability to view properties on a map, and see many photos of homes.
Rent 2 Own Best free service I've tried so far - interesting format - starts with your call list, minus the ones you already have in your contacts (ie: starts with list of all unknown numbers in your call list). If you have a number with no area code (ie:from your local area code), you need to first edit the preferences and set the default area code. Found everything I tried (business and friends) except the cell phones (as expected since cell phone numbers are not public info). Running a Samsung Fascinate Android on release 2.3.5 π¦ΈββοΈ Very easy to use, an very detailed and fast right on the money....thank you Google an the invented..

OK so honestly I don't normally rate apps. Rent to Own is exceptional though. This app is so perfect, I felt the need to spend a couple minutes writing a review for it even. My husband and I are looking to rent a house, and this app could not have made it easier. Honestly, I will go out on a limb and say fun even. That should speak volumes, since this app took the dreadfully boring task of finding a house and made it a fun, unique experience for both of us
yes! great rent to own homes finder app!!! The only issue I have with it is that pinch zooming and tapping on the map are very inconsistent... Sometimes spot-on, sometimes I'm zooming out instead of in or selecting a property half a mile from where my finger actually touched. This is not a hardware problem, as it only happens in this app. Not a big deal, still very usable, but it's persistent and enough of an annoyance that I deducted one star.
Rent 2 Own legit Really enjoy searching available homes on Rent To Own. It's easy to navigate the map, click on a house, and go back and forth between pictures and the description. It would be nice if it were easier to rotate the pictures, but that's a minor concern. π π€² Looking to buy a home this app bring the homes to you in whatever area you wants to live. Rent 2 Own It's nice to have an app that records my calls. I'd rate it a 5, but it doesn't record the caller if I'm using a Bluetooth. I also think it interferes with my spam call blockers. I love when a app does exactly what it says it will...good job Γ°ΕΈβΒΓ°ΕΈβΒΓ°ΕΈβΒ π
Rent 2 Own Very useful device and has helped become aware of alot of rip-off calls I were getting on my android phone like others. White Pages would not assist or have any information on those calls. Rent 2 Own absolutely Works perfectly; no bugs that I've seen. I REALLY like this application and use it almost daily to update my phone log. I also appreciate the fact that it flags spoofed numbers and spammers. A great application when it works..it crashes pretty often and isn't usable for a day or two at a time

Rent 2 Own True caller has beeb around for years now but this is the first time i am using it because i am very shy of technology. I decided to use it when i have a problem knowing who a caller was and believe me the experience was wonderful. I place the number on true caller and there you go Baam!
