• Add properties, change details (rooms, utilities, appliances);
• Add photos of both property and all rooms;
• Add tenants, their contact information;
• Add rent payments, expenses, calculate revenue;
• Add security deposit;
• Export all information to CSV for further use in external apps;
• Back up and recover property and tenant information to SD card;
• Export entries to PDF;

I am working getting funding for my own Apartment, Condos, Townhouses and other rental property and this is a great app for that.
I have 120 apartments and this app handles them all. I love it!! Keep up the great work! Prompt answers to emails. Thanks again!!

It is not really free
I have the greatest respect for people who create things I cannot. With no ill will to the developers I have to say that this app is almost unusable. After 5 minutes I gave up and Uninstalled. Consider making the set up process easier with prompts that walk you through adding a property etc. Also make it easy to set up rooms that are rented to individual clients. Fix these things and I'll try again.
Data entry is difficult or impossible. Founds bugs within minutes. Good start but comeback to the market after alot more development time is spent.
Not very user friendly. Hard to understand.
Too reliant on spreadsheet model. Not really designed for smartphone...tablet best used.
