I would say Negative 5 Star... Just Re-register in app and see the countries flag. You changed Indian flag... I will never accept this.

Very sophisticated for me, too many fields for the properties and tenants, better be easier and much simple plus you cannot use the app w/o signing up
Was looking for an app that has everything in one for rental properties etc
When I put in not the full rent amount the tenant has to pay it doesn't give me after a balance how much he owed it just shows the amount I put in as no balance at all?
Registration process will not accept any one of.my three email addresses. Cannot get past screen one.
Good app for the part time landlord. Not sure why others reported issues. I have found the support to be excellent! They always respond within hours and resolution usually takes place within a few days at the most.
This app is a boon for landlords. So beautifully designed and all the features work really efficiently. Kudos to the team.
I really didn't want to write this, but the truth is they have the worst customer support service and never stand up-to their commitments. And application has allot of bugs and missing features. Will not suggest anyone to use it. Speed up the development process. And there is difference in "tried to help" and "helped" . And i can post pictures which shows that you are not replying to my queries.
the app is fine, it looks great and performs all the functions advertised, although there is one glaring problem. it appears as if none of the actual data is stored locally on the device, so if I'm out and about and have no reception the app throws an error and will literally not work, all lists appear empty. this would also explain the somewhat larger than expected load times between pages. cloud sync is a great thing, but for a mobile app that is centered around entering data, users need to always be able to enter and view their data, even when they might not have a connection.
Uninstalled straight away. It's not an app u buy. It's a subscription service!! And a very expensive one!!!!
Every time I click on the free sign up it crashes.
Needs the ability to add GST (tax) as a part income & expense
I'm sorry, this is not US app. The date format was yyyy/mm/dd and it's hard to edit. The editor keep asking the country, then state, and last zip code. Why not zip code first and determined the whole country, state and city from there. The bedroom and bathroom must be whole number, how to denotes 2 1/2 bathrooms which is common. I'm uninstalling this app.
This app has so many useful features that makes managing properties easier! Nice and simple interface..

Created free account that allows to add 2 properties.
Down loaded this app and when I went to add income it froze and even changed the time on my phone obviously has a glitch. Tried 2 more times same result. Don't bother with this app.
I doesn't work on the latest Samsung Tablet. You can't change Landlords and you can't even get started when you touch the + to add a property. All kinds of bugs and very frustrating...don't bother with this one...

Really wanted this to work as promissed. Seems buggy. Got an error when adding pix of property...after that it wouldn't allow me to add pix. Lots of potential .
