⛔😑👎 Useless. Unfortunately the loader keeps spinning after adding a booking by email + reference number which I did to access the evoucher. Repeated the procedure, no change. Not able to access my booking through the app. Now I have to print the voucher (2022!). What is the app for again?

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE APP! I tried to book a car and it returned a red message of 'couldn't complete the transaction', no other confirmation message. 30 minutes later, I got an email confirmation that the car was booked after all. In the meantime, I book another provider, more expensive,and couldn't cancel without cancellation fees, despite NOT GETTING ANY CONFIRMATION MESSAGES IN THE APP OR ANY PUSH NOTIFICATIONS. First time using the app in 4-5 years, Very disappointed! Now chasing a refund!

Glitcy at first but then ok. For some reason I had to try to register with my email address at least 3 times before it seems like the system recognized me and then the app seemed to work fine from there. Of course, frustrating that it doesn't work right out of the gate but once it was up and running it seemed like all the relevant information was there.

Very bad experience... With zero support and if you want to contact with them due to any issues you should call england. I lose my trip couz of them since I stopped in airport custom then qhen i try to complete the remaining day of my reservation they do not accept so i lose the whole amount of money of 4 days in tbilisi georgia ...

Unreliable. Zero support. They just make sure they get your money. There is no support in case you face a problem. Their Customer Supoirt asks you to follow up with the car rental company. And the car rental company will ask you to raise your issue with the app. So you are stuck in the middle. I tried it once and never again

Rented car through them, when was time to pick up car didn't had winter tires, canceled my order with renatal company, had to get more expecive car from other company, rentalcars refuses to make refund. Do not use them as they do not have numbers to contact, respond with stupid email refiring to their policies. Button line use their search but order only directly. They will not help you.

I had to change my pick up time for my rental car, however I could not do this through the app on my mobile phone, so I had resort to the website on my laptop. Even then it took 2 attempts to alter it. As I had taken out the Full Protection insurance cover, I then received an email stating that my insurance had been cancelled. This made me very concerned. After about 10 minutes I then received another email stating that I had Full Protection cover, this time it was under a different number.

This company has become spam. I once used it for a rental price comparison and now keep getting unsolicited emails without the ability to unsubscribe. When I click "unsubscribe" in the email, it opens up my browser but your page isn't loading. I tried 3 separate browsers but I keep getting the same error message each time "Pardon The Interruption We Think You're a Bot" well, you're the bot if you ask me. Don't download!

The app does not allow you book car out of working hours. Actually that is quite possible if you book directly through the company. This restriction is not useful at all, the direct car rental company should be responsible for that. Web version does not have the restriction.

RentalCars and EuroCars in Cape Town have still not replied to my messages and emails as to why they took our booking and money even though they did not have a car available for us at the required / requested time. Shocking service and will not be using either of them again. How can you not reply to messages or emails????????

This app could be useful if it worked. Unfortunately, when adding a booking, it just keeps spinning forever (after saying booking added), so it can never actually be used.

Buggy, annoying app. For instance, you select your time of car hire, then when it comes to confirming details the times have jumped back an hour. Time difference? For some weird reason? Crashes on payment a number of times and often forgets your account details or who you are. Oh, and try and find a phone number to contact them... It's there somewhere, but it's like Inception trying to get there. In fact, I will never use this company again. Useless, faceless and now one customer less.

Awful. The application times you out even if you're in the middle of doing something. It doesn't save your filters, so you have to reset them EVERY SINGLE TIME you look for something. If you get a quote for a particular car, it doesn't take you back to the search screen. It takes you back to the very beginning where you then have to enter all of your information again. It's ridiculous. I didn't realize that my credit card needed to be set for an international payment, so it declined. When I went back in to make the payment FROM THE EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM THE APPLICATION, my entire reservation was nonexistent. Absolutely terrible app.

Never recommended! It's just an overhead! I had rented a car through rental cars in belgium. Then, when I went to pick up the car, I faced with a new contract by the Budget company (the company that is introduced by the rental cars). What is the problem with that new contract: 1. I didn't received the car that I'd ordered through the rental cars. They gave me a doubly expensive cars that was not planned by me! 2. They charged me for different unknown services that never mentioned in the rental cars contract. Eventually, I've been charged three times higher than the price that I've expected and I'd paid to the rental cars by the end! In sum, rental cars will not resolve anything between you and the rental company at all! Therefore, do not waste your money by taking your car through the rental cars (at least in Belgium) and just rent your car when you arrive in the destination! It would be cheaper!

Rember not tu use this ever. First, when you pay extra insurance, it ends up not being accepted by the actual service. You'll have to pay and then make a claim to rental cars. Then I inserted a wrong flight number and the system did not check consistency. The flight was late, I lost my car and had to pay extra again. Finally, the person at the car rental had to copy again all my data despite they are already in the app.

I liked that company before BUT as it happens the app has a glitch. Doesn't matter what pick up time you set it will be changed in the booking to 1pm. It happened one time at a flight arriving at 8am. I had to wait 5 hours before I would get a car. At the time I thought I made a mistake. Now it happened again but I noticed that after checking out the time is set to freaking 1pm. I had to cancel the reservation. Because of that I had a extra charge of 15eur. Not even a response from rentalcars

Avoid this company and app at all costs! Just rent locally! Horrible customer service. We had a large car booked for a group of people, unfortunately a big part of the group was unable to travel due to covid. When I was about to pick up the car I tried to amend the booking via the app which was impossible. Then tried to get through to customer service and they were not working. After picking up the car, I was told that I cannot change or cancel the booking and it would be non refundable.

Incredibly frustrating to use. Tried several times to change the pickup time by only an hour, it then loads the page of available cars and you have to select one and THEN select "keep current car" but then it returns you to the booking and states "no changes have yet been made". I tried to update my flight number and actually got through to the confirmation page, but then "oops! Something went wrong! Try again later!" Terrible UX/UI overall.

Useful but buggy. I needed to change the drop off time for my car. You use sliders to pick the start and end time, then when you confirm, the times are an hour out. It turns out the confirmation is wrong - the sliders are right - but it's terribly confusing. Did anyone test this? I had to change my booking twice to get it right.

I've used this app a few times. It's the most deceitful experience. You make a booking at an attractive price, and when you want to confirm and pay, the price goes up and you can't find the initial deal anymore. I'm dropping this app for another one much more reliable in terms of offer and prices (it rhymes with "blitz")

The app was buggy. Booked a car from the apps and it says it was unsuccessful. Booked again for another car and it displayed unsuccessful again. All of a sudden i already have two cars booked at the same place and time. Tried to get refund for one of the cars since only one car was picked up but no refund even after a month. Rentalcar said they want to check with the rental car company for confirmation but it has been while and they never get back to me. Not gonna use the apps and the service anymore.

The prices quoted on this app are not cheaper than going directly to the car rental website. This is based on a previous experience booking a car in Japan and comparing a future visit to Australia. You need to pay full upfront with this app and any changes to the dates , even a day, will incur huge rebooking charges which was double the original price for me...BEWARE!!!. cancellations also incur a large penalty!! most car rentals companies allow payment on collection for the same price.
