I shouldn't have to go through 88+ listings to find 12 houses when I put houses only. I put the proper parameters into the filter, yet there's mostly just apartments showing. What's the point of having a filter system that doesn't filter out the apartments from the houses. This app might be good for looking for apartments, but that's not what I'm using it for.

The algorithm doesn't display results for filtered parameters. I'm looking for a Single Family home, but get mostly results for Townhomes and sometimes basement apartments. It's likely due to the renters manipulating the parameters to maximize traffic for their properties. Either way it's irritating and defeats the purpose of having filter options. Be prepared to waste time further filtering through options AFTER you've set your filter options.

I saw all the bad reviews and thought to give it the benefit of the doubt, maybe the app just had some bugs in early development. But to get an error message when looking up the town I want to move to (or any town for that matter) just makes the app a waste of space on my phone. Highly reccomend other apps. Edit for the team working for then homes app: Searching the Murfreesboro area i tried Smyrna and Louisville as well.

Not too many of its features worked. No way of going back and expanding your search viewing areas. Far better apps out there.

Definitely 1 of the easiest Apps for finding and locating not only Apartments in your pricerange but also rentals homes as well, awesome APP!!!!

photos aren't available and not much information. This was on the app in general. maybe because it was a mobile app. but still not much informative.

Doesn't load no listings show even when open up the filters. Running galaxy 8+.

The app is ok. But it only show apts and I'm looking for a house. 2 stars is given because instead of showing pictires in some ads it show floor plans and settallite sky veiws.

Nothing loads, can't see map, can't see pictures on half of the properties that show that they have pictures.

Defective filtering algorithm doesn't show property type results correctly. Uninstalling.

First home I found was a scam. Bad number. Man in call center calls me and says an agent will call me when they have one available.Recieved an email from the "owner". Long winded, riddled with lies. Beware of using this app.

So far so good i like the picks they have to choose from still waiting for response but 5 stars for quality of app keep good work up team!

I like this app. I wish it had more houses that were available for rent on it, but it's a pretty good app non the less.

When its filtered, it cant find anything while the other apps finds listenings of my needs.

Kept going to filters unable to see houses for rent also shows apartments do not want apartments only want single family houses

Dosent work . The map wont show or pictures its all white except the hub options

Didnt have much of what i was looking for. 2bdrm condo/half houses, it just me. So i was very disappointed to that point! Whats good for some is Not good for All.

all the relitors want top credit scors . you kidding me . thats not why people rent home . if i had 580 credit score i would buy a home insted of renting think about . this is pushing people out of the areas in flirida .

i wish it had more duplex homes that is what i am looking for
