This app is terrible! It's glitchy, freezes, and it's absolutely not user friendly! I shouldn't have issues using my tablet to use the app! Get rid of the map with the listings, it's confusing and outright annoying! People want pictures more than maps! Include the link but don't make it the opening search page!
Horrible app that remains horrible due to its popularity and peoples necessity to rent. Constantly shows rented properties, different listings when using two phones, deleted your info, doesn't send push notifications, lags out, crashes and just in general does funky and frustrating stuff. If you can avoid using it, save your self some nerves and don't.
I like that it has a lot of filters and easy to use functions. Absolutely HATE the app. Seriously. 80% of the time if you hit "list" it ignores you or tells you there's no results despite showing those same reviews in "map". My biggest issue is when I click contact, log in, report, ect - pretty much anywhere you have to type info - 90% of the time it will glitch out, basically going back to the page you were viewing. I have to retry no less than 4 times to be able to contact ONE landlord.
This app is extremely buggy and impractical. I cannot log in, send messages, or report listings because the boxes containing user forms auto-close immediately after I open them. Additionally, the search filters are missing many obvious options - like when looking for pet-friendly rentals, you can only choose "Dogs only" or unspecified. I also can't filter by square footage which is one of the most important criteria to me.
Terrible after the update. Price of listings don't show up on the quick window pop up, map is glitchy. I also never understood why properties marked as "Rented" are available to be shown - just wastes time when you're viewing properties. Hope they get it sorted out, and I'd be happy to revisit my review.
Borderline unusable App constantly closes windows when inputting information or selecting options from drop downs. Extremely frustrating as I can't even submit an application without trying 20+ times and having to re-enter everything
This app is f****** terrible you can't change any of the filters without the menu's re closing and reopening and I just tried to search a specific community and you can't even get anything within that area it's ridiculous fix your s***
Garbage. Super buggy app. Switches menus on its own and ignores your inputs in certain situations. Shows you listings that are already rented out even if you select "do not show rented places". The idea of the app is good but the execution is brutal. Swing and a miss.
Latest update literally makes this app and website unusable. Serious glitch when viewing properties in map mode - will not load any photos or details and just show a blank white section where the posting should be. Insanely bad and had been for weeks - I don't understand how this hasn't been fixed yet.
After the most recent update it is a terrible app! Can't even read the listing as it's zoomed in like I'm trying to search a website on an old T9 flip phone. Please fix this! The last version worked fine.
Same as all the rest. The app just doesn't work. Logged in select new search.... Nothing. Change filter options... Nothing. I could use up all the space I'm allowed in this review just listing what doesn't work. The service and website work. This app is THE WORST!
Unusable. The map keeps zooming out all the way to the global level. Try to zoom in, and it snaps right back up again. Just ditch the app and use the website on a laptop/desktop.
Every time I use this app, it asks to verify by text message. My bank doesn't even do that when it is the same device each time. Very frustrating and completely unnecessary. The app is slow, buggy and poorly designed. Just use the website.
Great for listings but I can't create an account because even after ensuring my information was input correctly the "create account >" icon at the bottom of the account creation page does nothing but change from blank to full, even pressing "go" on the keyboard does nothing.
The filter menu is a nightmare on Android. Yikes! You guys need to spend some cash on improving the interface for portable devices. I'd bet a year's rent the majority of your rental browsers are on mobile devices. One of your team needs to test selections from any dropdowns especially proximity and community
I have had luck with this app when in a rush to find a place, with detailed results and even VR tours, sometimes. The messaging system is very clear and quick with no lag... Zero stress! Thanks :)
Great for finding places but the app itself isn't great. Crashes a lot. Won't let you make applications, contact landlords... Etc. Better off saving your time and using a computer.
Love using Rent Faster when searching for a new place. Easy to use, convenient application you can save to send to any landlord instead of filling a new application out everytime. The map is a little hard to use but other wise can't complain
The update broke the app. I can't see information that used to be displayed clearly. When I try clicking a listing nothing shows up now.
Don't write a lot of reviews, but the user experience of this app is so bad that I felt compelled to leave a review. Filters don't work properly, map is constantly freezing, etc ... Cannot believe that an app in such an immature development state is released to the public.
Terrible app, nonstop emails after you find a place and can't close your account. Don't use it, pretty sure it sells your info too
Can't message landlords. You type the whole message and hit send then the app deletes everything you typed as if it never happened.
Used this app before Christmas and it was great. Now it's glitch after glitch. WHAT in the world is going on? Can we go back to the previous version please?
Stick to the website. App constantly crashes mid reply or bugs out.. Doesnt allow zooming on photos and constantly needs you to re-login.
It freezes all the time. It's terrible app. I wonder why the provider don't care to modify it.
Absolutely laughable. Broken app gets an update that makes it completely useless. Do not download.
Quite poor. No where near the volume that other services have access to, and the properties it lists are almost 100% already rented. Why are rented or sold properties listed? Incredibly stupid. Downloading this was a waste of time.
The search isn't working. When I use a mobile browser it's fine but the app doesn't work for saved searches.
this app is impossible to use. you cannot zoom properly in mao view and a lot of the search filtering options are gone from this new UI.
I had a great time with this app before the update, but now there is lots of problems. I can't view any ads when I click on my saved searches. I have to leave the saved search, and enter in all my filters. Also, alot of the time on ads, the images are super glitchy. Will change this rating when it gets fixed.
