Amazing app! Simple to use and so much better than the traditional route of finding someone to help you view a house/apartment. I spent 3 weeks searching for a place with a rental agent and after 30+ viewings and 2 applications that weren't chosen, it was becoming stressful and disheartening. I downloaded this app after a Google search and found a house with 7 days. I put in an application and it was accepted almost immediately. 5 days after, I will be moving into my new rental home!

This app has really horrible glitches or connections. At 1st, I used my phone to reset password. Then I used a computer. It says it sent to my email, but I never received anything. Then it locked me out and I had to wait 24 hours. After waiting, same issues. It's really frustrating. Otherwise, I'd say it's a good app. But the bad outweighs the good.

App works well, only problem I've had is that when I went to view a property it was no longer available but I didn't get that information until a day later. So there is a lock of communication with rently and some of the landlords. Overall great experience though I love being able to view a home when I have time.

Unbelievably convenient. There's only one minor inconvenience, the lockbox codes are a bit long & annoying, but, understandable. That minor inconvenience outweighs the annoyance of appointments though, especially, these days, someone's always running late!!

Horrible experience with this app. I was unable to log in after my initial use. Email was supposed to be sent to me to reset password, but I never recieved it. And I tried numerous times with no success. Realtors, please find some other way to show houses.

This app seems to pick and choice when I will allow me to access my account. Most of the time it says it doesn't recognize my device, even though I've never used any other phone with this account. When it asks for a verification code, it never sends to my phone and then locks me out for 24 hours or more. I am desperately trying to find a home, but can't view anything because of my work schedule and now because of this.

From end user perspective: Trash. There is no organization to the workflow. I look at a house online, and it says it has to send my mobile a text link... Then the link opens in the browser instead of their app (that costs $1 to register). Don't get me started on the first try where the link said, "Click this when you are at the property to view" then after I drove out there it told me to download the app and use the password I'd just left on my desk at home. It's idiotic.

The self tour feature works great, very easy to get in and nice to walk around the home with no issues. The rest of the app & website is terrible. 500 characters isn't enough to cover the problems I've had with this. Relocating to a new city is stressful enough, this just adds more frustration to a diffuclt process. Sadly every rental where I'm moving uses Rently so I've no choice, otherwise I'd never touch this again.

Most of the time a good experience. Sometimes a property manager has posted real old pictures so the property doesn't look like the pictures in the ad. Overall easy to use app. Very convenient. I also have problems with login from time to time. But I would recommend using Rently.

I can't do a self tour because as soon as the verification starts, the app crashes. I've cleared the app cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. Please fix this!

Easy and convenient to use. I work nights and weekends and sleep a lot during the day so it's hard to schedule showings. This app made it all so simple. Upload an ID, take a selfie, and you're good to go. The lock boxes on the houses were just as easy to use. Really glad I decided to try this, and you will be too!

Very convenient to tour without the pressure if making a decision on the spot, on my own time. Would recommend!

Needs updated. Went to 3 homes that were listed as available even able to get "access code" on one of them but was actually occupied. 3 homes were listed as ready but not, crews were still working on properties.

Rently has made my house hunting experience a breeze!! With such a busy schedule, the self guided tour allows me to view properties at MY convenience!!! AWESOME!!!

the acess is amazing. i just wish the quality of the fix up was a little better on the homes. its like a bunch of bandaids throw in the houses.

When it work. It's an awesome tool. You can see the house and do not have to wait on an agent or realtor. But it randomly freezes your account and you don't know until you're at the property. So you end up wasting your time. Customer service is great IF you can get a hold of them. You have to go through an AI and it is not helpful at all. Definitely closing my account and deleting.

App is broken. Won't accept either of my cards or either of my wife's so we can't schedule viewings. Says there is an error in adding the cards.

It works good but it glitches a lot and continuesly logs me out & makes me reset my password. App is kinda frustrating!

Self tour was horrible. All 3 houses were not able to be accessed. Codes didn't work. On the phone for a long time trying to troubleshoot, they took work orders. I called again next day and told to wait 72 hours. The staff are nice .

I feel more comfortable when a place uses this app. I just caught a scammer and was able to apply for the home through the right people because the scammer foolishly lead me to the app to do the home tour.

Couldn't get into the house to view, none of them were helpful, said the lock had to be replaced but still let us try to view it multiple times

Best experience for being able to go look at houses! Very easy and simple.

The app is very user friendly. Had an issue with the auto link from the Realtor company but perfect outside of that.

The system is extremely unreliable. My account has "been suspended" or put "on hold" multiple times even though I've viewed less than 20 houses and did not violate any of their guidelines. It is useful for viewing rental houses but the property management companies are not always clear and responsive. Needs a lot of work and fine tuning.

The app itself can use some improvements to use better. Every properties had detailed imformation. If not getting in contact with rently help services is fast The only trouble i have is the property manager dont get back right away when you need them or dont get back to you at all.

Quick, convenient user friendly. Easiest home tour experience that I have ever had.

Its actually an Amazing App. Its so genius. The family and I had so much fun being ourselves and touring the house. We are all so excited. I hope and Pray we will get this house we set on. I Claim This! lol im really hoping.

This app is terrible! You cant talk to the property renter at all! How is this person supposed to be a landlord when you cant even communicate with them. I have been trying to contact the property rental agent and Im getting nowhere. I hate this system!

A good option for house hunters, whether looking to buy or rent a home or apartment. You can view houses when convenient for you & a few at a time. If your schedule changes, no need to reschedule as you would have to do when meeting an agent. The few times I have had a problem Rently virtual agent or a phone call to the Mgmt Co. solved the problem while I was at the property. It made the search much less stressful for me.
